Chef's Vegan Burger- House-made bean and vegetable patty, tomato, lettuce, pickled red onions and
vegan chipotle-mayonnaise (order no Mayo, not GF) on a Substitute GF Bun - served with fresh fruit
(French fries not GF as they are fried in the same fryer with breaded items)
House Salad- special lettuce blend, cucumbers, and red and yellow tomatoes with your choice of dressing
(order lemon slice or no dressing)
Plaza Inn:
Breakfast: Gluten free waffles can be made upon request [*requires additional preparation] Minnie and
Friends Character Breakfast- (ask for chef to prepare vegan pancakes, the chef should also walk you
through the buffet and will point out what is vegan)- vegan GF options include fresh fruit, breakfast
potatoes. (Multiple people have commented on having issues with getting vegan pancakes/waffles at the
locations where some have indicated they are available, but others have had no problem. This seems to
be an issue with employees not having the correct information. The vegan pancakes/waffles are made to
order with Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake and Waffle Mix, and they are mixed with water, instead of
the milk and eggs called for in the directions)

Cafe Orleans:
La Salad de Maison- Cafe Orleans signature house salad, featuring tossed baby greens in a rasberry
vinaigrette, topped with cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese and caramelized pecans (specify that you
are a vegan, and request no cheese or candied nuts, they should also bring out oil and vinegar, as the
regular dressing is not vegan)
N'awlins Vegetable Ragout- Vegetable Ragout with Eggplant, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, Squash, Zucchini,
and fresh Garlic (Order without cheese or corn cakes)

as rice pasta with marinara sauce, rice pasta with Portobello mushroom, cilantro, onion, and tomato in a
mushroom broth, or rice noodles with bok-choy, sun-dried tomatoes, and Portobello mushroom in a
slightly spicy sesame seed sauce
