Gii thiu v cng ty JABIL

Jabil Circuit l mt nh cung cp dch v sn xut in t. Jabil thit k v sn xut thit


b in t cho cc cng ty OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer, dng gi nh sn
xut thit b nguyn thy) trong ngnh cng nghip bao gm c y t, khoa hc i sng,
cng ngh sch, thit b, quc phng, hng khng v tr, t, my tnh, lu tr, sn phm
tiu dng, mng v vin thng. Jabil cng cung cp dch v thit k k thut, sn xut,
qun l sn phm v dch v hu mi cho cc cng ty trong ngnh hng khng, t, my
tnh, ngi tiu dng, quc phng, cng nghip, thit b, y t, mng, thit b ngoi vi,
nng lng mt tri, lu tr v cc ngnh cng nghip vin thng. Jabil gip cc cng ty
thit k, xy dng v a sn phm ca h ra th trng mt cch nhanh chng, chi ph
thp v hiu qu.
Jabil c tr s chnh ti St Petersburg, Florida v l mt trong nhng cng ty ln nht
trong khu vc Tampa Bay. Jabil c thnh lp vo nm 1966, n nay hot ng ti
33 quc gia chu M, chu u v chu . Vi hn 60 nh my cc quc gia, Jabil
phn u c sn xut cc gii php i tc ton cu hng u th gii.
Jabil Circuit Viet Nam c thnh lp vo nm 2007, l mt trong 2 d n u t ln nht
ti khu cng ngh cao qun 9, vi vn u t ban u 500 triu USD.
1.2

L do v mc tiu la chn ti

1.2.1 L do chn ti:


Ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam, vt liu sn xut chim n 70% tng chi ph. Do vic
kim sot cht ch qui trnh cung ng vt liu, c bit l qui trnh cung ng v thu hi
vt liu sn xut gia kho v chuyn sn xut, chim vai tr rt quan trng trong mc tiu
gim thiu chi ph. Tuy nhin, hin nay hot ng ny vn cha c kim sot cht ch,
lm gim hiu qu ca hot ng sn xut v kim sot tn kho, gy tn km v mt chi
ph cho cng ty v nh hng n s hi lng ca khch hng. Trc thc trng khng

nh mong mun ny ca qui trnh cung ng vt liu, nhm quyt nh chn ti ci


tin qui trnh cung cp v thu hi vt liu sn xut ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam lm d
n can thip OD ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam.
1.2.2 Mc tiu:
- Nhn din hn ch trong qui trnh cung cp v thu hi vt liu sn xut gia Kho v
Sn xut ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam.
- xut gii php ci tin qui trnh cung cp v thu hi vt liu sn xut gia Kho v
Sn xut.

2.1.1 Cch tip cn chn on ca D n l cch tip cn gii quyt vn :


Qui trnh cung cp v thu hi vt liu sn xut ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam hin ang
c nh gi l hot ng khng hiu qu v cn ci tin d n s bt u t thc
trng khng mong mun ny chn on vn ang lm cho qui trnh ny hot ng
km hiu qu.
2.1.2 Phng php thu thp thng tin ca d n s l s phi hp ca 3 phng
php:

2.1.3 p dng m hnh Lean 6 Sigma trong vic thu thp thng tin v chn on v
a ra phng n gii quyt vn :
p dng bc 1, 2, 3, 4 trong chu trnh DMAIC (Define - Measure - Analysis - Improve)
thc hin vic thu thp thng tin, chn on v xut phng n gii quyt vn :

Bc 1: Xc nh (define)

tin hnh thu thp thng tin lin quan n cc nguyn nhn ny thng

qua 3 phng php: quan st, bn cu hi, ti liu th cp.

2.2.1 Tnh trng hin ti ca Jabil Vit nam:

Dng chuyn sn xut rt thng xuyn. Dng chuyn do nhiu nguyn nhn gy
ra, theo cc s liu thng k th dng chuyn do yu t nguyn vt liu chim

1,55% tng thi gian chy.


Thi gian linh kin tn ti trn line trn 7 ngy chim khong 6,32%.
Tn rt nhiu thi gian v cng sc cho vic kim tra v iu chnh tn kho trn h
thng cho ph hp vi thc t.

2.2.2 Quy trnh cung cp v thu hi nguyn vt liu ti cng ty Jabil Vit nam:

Linh kin c ng trong 1 cun bng di (gi l cun reel )

Mt cun reel c th c 2000, 5000,10.000 con linh kin trong , ty kch thc

ng gi ca nh cung cp.
Mi cun reel cha 1 loi linh kin duy nht, trn tem th hin: tn linh kin, s
lng, m vch

M t qui trnh:
Bc 1: Mi ngy, Planner s ln k hoch chy cho ngy mai bao gm: m hng, s
lng, gi chy v nhng thng tin cn thit khc. Sau update nhng ni dung ny ln
cng c web ton cu PPT (Production Planning Tool) trong vng 24 gi trc gi chy.
*PPT: B phn c lin quan u c th truy cp c tt c cc k hoch ca Jabil trn
ton cu.

hiu 0100) chuyn ln line (k hiu 0104), linh kin s c chuyn t v tr 0100 qua
0104 trn SAP

*SAP: Phn mm qun l doanh nghip thuc ERP

Da vo pullist ca IA v tin hnh xut hng.Sau khi xut hng xong s in ra t giy xut
hng. Cng nhn s kim tra chnh xc tn tng con linh kin ng vi s lng m n
c xut ra trn h thng ng vi s lng thc t, ri b tt c vo 1 chic xe
(Trolley). Mi mt trolley u c dn tn model, s lng, m s pullist, gi chy,
ngy chy.

GII THCH KT QU

Qui trnh cung cp v thu hi vt liu sn xut ti cng ty Jabil Vit Nam hin ang
c nh gi l hot ng khng hiu qu v cn ci tin d n s bt u t thc
trng khng mong mun ny chn on vn ang lm cho qui trnh ny hot ng
km hiu qu.

Bc xc nh (DEFINE):

3.1

Xc nh vn : Dng chuyn sn xut rt thng xuyn. Dng chuyn do nhiu


nguyn nhn gy ra v dng chuyn do yu t nguyn vt liu l mt trong nhng nguyn
nhn ny.

o lng v phn tch: (MEASURE & ANALYZE).

3.2

3.2.1 Thng tin th cp:


S dng s liu v thng tin t cc bo co o lng hiu qu :
- Bo co thi gian dng chuyn.
- Bo co thi gian tn ti ca linh kin trn line (Aging report).

Phn tch kt qu ca cc bo co trn:

Bo co thi gian dng chuyn cho thy vic dng chuyn do thiu nguyn vt
liu xy ra rt thng xuyn, chim 1,55% tng thi gian chy ca chuyn, gy
lng ph ngun lc rt ln (thi gian, my mc, con ngi, chi ph)

Bo co thi gian tn ti ca linh kin trn line cho thy thi gian nguyn vt liu
tn ti trn line trn 7 ngy chim khong 6,32%. Theo ng qui trnh sn xut th
sau khi sn xut xong mt m hng th nguyn vt liu phi c tr v kho ngay
lp tc. Con s ny cho thy vic kim sot thu hi nguyn vt liu v kho hin ti

khng hiu qu. Cc nguyn nhn ca vic tn ti nguyn vt liu trn line lin
quan n:
+ Sn xut khng chy ht cng sut gy nn tnh trng tr tr, cha th chy
hon tt 1 model nn khng th tr v.
+ B mt linh kin nn khng tm ra tr v.
+ Cng nhn lm bing tho linh kin khi FSS

Bo co iu chnh tn kho h thng cho thy b phn IA phi thng xuyn iu


chnh tn kho trn h thng cho khp vi tnh hnh thc t, c th l tr bt i s
lng trn h thng do khng tm ra linh kin thc t. Vic ny gy tn rt nhiu
thi gian v cng sc cho vic kim tra v iu chnh tn kho.

Gii quyt nguyn nhn 1: Lm th no sn xut tr linh kin v ngay


khi chy hon tt 1 m hng ?

4.1

M t thc hin :
-

Sau khi Kitting xut xong 1 xe linh kin (Trolley) cho 1 m hng A => Cn scan
m vch ca tng cun reel vo h thng => giao xe hng cho trm FSS => Lp

reel vo FSS => chuyn ln SX => SX scan li m vch tng cun reel 1 ln na
Nguyn tc: Nhng cun reel nm ngoi xe hng A s khng scan c=> trnh
c tnh trng SX s ly con linh kin X (ang c trn line m cha tr v)
scan. Do , trc khi IA to danh sch xut hng (pull list), bt buc SX phi tr
ht linh kin v kho c th xut xe hng A y linh kin.

m linh kin v sai st nhp liu khi tr linh kin v kho?

Sau khi trm FSS tho ht reel tr v. Thay v m bng my nh trc kiaKho s

lng m my NXT tiu hao ra s lng cn li. Sau cng nhn in li tem

s lng cn li chnh xc ri tr v Bin. Khng s dng my m na.


Hiu qu : s lng scan chnh xc nh m bng my nhng tit kim c nhiu
thi gian, gim sai st do nhp s lng m bng th cng, khng cn n tc
khu vc m => linh kin c tr v kho kp thi, m bo chun b k hoch
chy ngy tip theo khng b thiu linh kin, khng dng chuyn.

5.1.1 Cc khng c t c nhn:

Cc c nhn c th cha nm thng tin, hiu bit r rng v quy trnh ci tin, lm
cho h hoang mang, hoi nghi v tnh hiu qu ca quy trnh ci tin o c th

c phn ng chng li s thay i.

phn phi t lo chi ph ca b phn mnh).


B phn IA: h c th hoi nghi v vic scan m vch liu rng c th chnh xc
100% v em li hiu qu hn so vi vic m linh kin, do h c th khng c
vi s thay i, tuy nhin khng c ca b phn ny c th mc thp.

Cc p lc ng h s thay i: Cc p lc cnh tranh:
