The responses, therefore, can be taken to reflect the views of a significant majority of these personnel. The questionnaire included 24 variables, grouped into five categories: A. Conclusion This survey of Architects, Civil Engineers, Contractors and also some of them working a project at MSU. The Hermes Construction Supply Company last over five years shows why this company continues to be a sought-after construction supply company for them from many places. However, two main concerns have been highlighted by the survey. - In some cases, inadequate or erroneous information services has been sent to personnel prior to their signing at HCSC. - Problems with quality of materials have been noted.
Recommendations Based on the survey results, the committee makes the following recommendations; - The company should provide adequate information and services by securing and checking the quantity of the materials to be delivered. - It should identify and supply quality and not substandard construction materials.
