STRUCTURAL
COLLEGIAL BODIES:
1. Presbyteral Consultors and College Consultors
a. Responsibility of Archbishop
b. Should be used for any decisions
2. Council and Consultors Need to be Reactivated
Revitalized and Empower Council ( by Archbishop and/or
Moderator of Curia by Ash Wednesday
3. Episcopal Vicar for THE WAY by Archbishop through
the Pastoral Council ( asap)
4. Establish a Clergy Personnel Board
a. Headed by a a Vicar for Clergy appointed by the
Archbishop (asap)
5. Create and Archdiocesan Committee of Unity (asap)
a. By Archbishop (coordinated by Vicar of Clergy)
b. Purpose: Unite all clergy practice collaborative
leadership will all // breakdown barriers
c. Dont impose NEO with fear
6. Existing Structures
a. Enforce and strengthen protocols
b. Consistent implantation of Archdiocesan structural

7. Need Full Time Vicar General (asap)

COMMUNICATION
1. Update Archdiocesan website whenever there is news.
a. Utilize various forms : e.g facebook, email, radio,
twitter, radio etc
2. More Active Vicar General Office ( by Archbishop
and VG)
a. Dialogue with Archbishops Office
b. Dialogue with presbyteral council/consultors
c. dialogue with Chancery office clergy personnel
issues
3. Regular Clergy Meetings to discuss topics directly
related to Clergy. ( by Archbishop)
4. Normalize Access to Archbishop through regulary
channels
5. Small group ( mixed ) gatherings
a. to explain and discuss in detail the differences in
perception, theology and identify areas of differences.

3. Clergy Cultivating Unity Committee to be established
for all ( Rel Communities, non Incardinated Priests,
Deacons and Diocesan)
4. Form Support Groups of mixed membership.
a. Responsibility of Vicar for Clergy.

5. Social Connections
a. Regular monthly clergy Gathering
b. District Heads tasked with Follow-ups/ reminders

a. Common ecclesiology in light of the new
emerging reality of Ecclesial movements
