%. Login 1ser-id and password can be obtained b registering on LICs web-site as
new users. 'he $>is*in& 1s$'s can continue with the same user-id and password.
5. 6ou should submit the dul completed enrolment form at an LIC branch where
our polic is being presentl serviced. 'he 7ranch will verif the detail and then
enrol the policies under our user-id for our access to the polic details on the web
site.
8. 3ccess to the enrolled policies will be available to ou onl after the enrolment
form is validated b the 7ranch. 6ou can enrol onl those policies for which ou
are an authorised signator!claimant. 3 confirmator email will be sent for the
enrolled polic!ies to the email-id mentioned in this enrolment form.
9. If ou believe that an information relating to our account has a discrepanc,
please bring it to the notice of the branch b e-mail or letter.

:. If ou opt, LIC will send alerts either through .mail or!and &+& about the )remium
pament dates, and other information about products and services.

password allotted b LIC. 3nd LIC presupposes that login using the user-id and
password is a valid session initiated b none other than the policholder.

emanated from the registered policholder and will be binding on him ! her.
8. 'he policholder will not attempt or permit others to attempt accessing the LICs
web-site through an unlawful means.
