FABRICATION OF HYDRILIC ROD BENDING MACHINE

ABSTRACT:
Our project work is FABRICATION OF ROD BENDING MACHINE it can be mainly
used in industrial area for dismantling and purpose. Portable Port type hydraulic power
press is used to remove bearing from shaft in machine assembly area or use to insert any
kind of bush in force fit manner. So there is no need to go machine shop to remove bearing
from the assembly point. And it is portable one so that we can take this anywhere.
Hydraulic system is used to most important process of Industries and factories. Any work
done by Hydraulic system, Ex: Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Pressing, machining etc., above
process can be made to easily vide by Hydraulic system. In this method of machineries
work is designed through Hydraulic oil. Generally, Hydraulic oil is a heavy density of the
liquid, so this process are used to all kinds of work.
All types of works can be successfully finished for this hydraulic oil pumping pressurecreating method. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder are used this process. Hydraulic
cylinders ram is increase and decrease operation finished in this process.
Generally, Hydraulic cylinder operations are based on hydraulic pump operation. Hydraulic
oil is available in the tank. Tank is the one of the portion in the hydraulic pump. Hydraulic
oil is pumping to the Hydraulic cylinder by using hydraulic pump system. Its the manual
operation.

 All hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic cylinder. So high oil pressure create in the
cylinder portion. In this time, ram can move in the cylinder portion. So ram can
perform to our selected job. Jobs moving operation is based on length of the ram.
Different types of jobs can be performed hydraulic method. Example Hydraulic car
jack, Hydraulic JCB crane, Hydraulic pipe bending machine etc. In this project we
have to design port type integrated hydraulic circuit. I this circuit there is no need for
separate oil pump hydraulic houses, D.C valves, Pumps etc. These all those things are
integrated with the hydraulic cylinder itself.

ADVANTAGES
It eliminates complicated parts like hydraulic cylinder pipe connections and pressure
tubes.
Fluid Power transmitted through port so high efficient.
Control of system is easier
Maintenance cost is less
Can be achieved up to two ton force.
In this Hydraulic system lubricating system not necessary so that wear and tear very low.
