XML Upload in CPPP Steps

There are two methods to transfer the meta data (Tender details, Award of Contract
details) to CPP Portal from the client site.
1. Periodic Bulk XML !load

The user has to choose the !referred method of u!load for transferrin# the data to the
CPPP ser)er.

TESTING Site
Before the meta data (Tender details, Award of Contract details) is u!loaded in the li)e
ser)er (htt!*++e!rocure.#o).in+c!!!), the users are re,uested to test the XML in the test
ser)er. sers who want to u!load the XML data should fiill u! the XML user creation form
and mail the scanned co!- of the same to c!!!.nic/nic.in with the su%0ect startin# with
XML in u!!er case. 1n recei!t of this form, the test user23 will %e informed %- mail and
the XML instructions will %e mailed to this 23. After testin# in the test ser)er, the user id
will %e created in the li)e ser)er.
Create an XML file as !er the format #i)en in the attached P34 file.
1. 3ownload the user creation form for XML users and fill u! the form, scan and su%mit
the same %- eMail to c!!!.nic/nic.in with the eMail (u%0ect as XML ('& C&'AT215.
". Test the created XML with the test account and u!load the same on to the test ser)er
6. After u!loadin#, if there are an- errors in the XML, !ro)ision is made to see the error
records with the nature of error. The user is re,uested to correct the same and re u!load
till all errors are corrected.

7. After recei)in# confirmation that the testin# is com!lete, the user23 and !assword will
%e communicated to the user. The user should lo# into the li)e CPP Portal
(htt!*++e!rocure.#o).in+c!!!) with the username and !assword.
8. This user 23 should %e em%edded in the XML file as a TA9 while u!loadin# the XML file.
The correctness of the entries will %e cross checked with this user 23.
:. Pro)ision for checkin# the error record is also a)aila%le on the li)e site.
;. The users are re,uested to lo# off the site after u!loadin#.
<. The tenders will #et reflected in the main !ortal once the correct entries are u!loaded.
