Sub: RELOCATION OF YOUR OFFICE EQUIPMENTS FROM ANDHRA PRADESH TO GURGAON

Dear Suman,

We thank you for inviting LINKINDIA REMOVALS to quote for the forthcoming relocation of your office equipments from
Andhra Pradesh to Gurgaon.. We are pleased to submit our quotation for the services outlined below for your kind
consideration and approval.

Our services include

1. Packing of all Servers with customized 5 ply cartons.

2. Standard Cartons will be made & left at each workstation & individuals can place Office Files & other Personal
Belongings based on the agreement with the Department In-charge. All cartons will be sealed with masking tapes in the
presence of the individual.
3. During the course of packing, an inventory will be made workstation wise and each carton / item marked department wise.
4. All items will be loaded into closed body vehicles and an escort will accompany the vehicle from the origin to the
destination.
5. Items will be unloaded / delivered to each employees designated room / workstation at the destination based on the floor
plan provided to us. A delivery note of the same will be taken from the respective employee or the representative of the
department.
6. All the items will be unpacked, placed & the debris will be removed.

QUOTATION:

Towards destination services from Andhra Pradesh upto to your office in Gurgoan will be Rs.1,67,850.00

Insurance premium @ 2.5% on decleared value will be Rs. 5,000.00

Service Tax @ 10.3 % on the final invoice will be Rs. 17,700.00

Towards complete door- to- door services ex-office in Andhra Pradesh upto to your office in Gurgoan for the office
equipments ( Inclusive of all taxes ) will be Rs.1,90,550.00
NOTE: -
• All dismantling and re-assembling of computer units, racks or any other third party services if needed will be charged
extra.
• Any cancellation of the jobs on the day of packing or delivery will be charged @ Rs. 3,500.00.
• Our rates exclude local taxes, service tax, octori and detention of vehicles at both origin & destination.
• All packing materials are required to be returned to us after the move. We will make arrangements to organize one
pickup at your convenience within 7 working days of completion of the move. Any cartons not returned will be charged
@ Rs. 50/- per carton.
• If transit insurance arranged by India bulls, then any claims arising owing to damage incurred would not be the
responsibility and liability of Linkindia Removals and such claims must be directed to your underwriters.
• We would also require atleast 3 days prior notice to start the relocation.

PAYMENT TERMS: -

Please note that it is our trading policy to ensure we receive our payments within 15 days of submitting of our invoice for the
services. Should you have different terms and conditions, please notify us about the same. Please issue a crossed cheque/draft
favouring: LINK INDIA REMOVALS.
