Included is the information you requested regarding McCall Southern and its services in
response to your requirements for managing the Caterday Photographic Studio enterprise
transformation.

Executive Summary:
It will be our focus to modernize and mobilize your current workstations with state of the art
computers designed for modern digital photographic editing and to provide a simple on site
server solution including storage and backup to offsite cloud based systems accessible from
anywhere anytime. In addition to this, a web server, database server, email server, and network
monitoring software will be included. Your printers will be upgraded to state of the art photo
quality and networked as well.

access speeds to the workstations, to the cloud, and to customer. This will be followed by the
printers, as well as the additional web, email, printing, database, and network monitoring
software and servers. The web server will be Apache. Once the hardware has been installed we
will be able to train your staff on its use. Next we will bring in the new Apple Mac workstations
so that employees can get a feel of the tremendous power and ability of the system combined
with the Adobe Creative Cloud tools and SpiderOaks backup and storage features as well as

Verizons 4GE LTE wireless system. Your workers will be able to take their photographic skills
to anywhere, from the deep woods to the urban forest. The training to use these workstations
should be minimal since the interface and design is both simple and intuitive.
