1. The parties and adhesion

LibertaGia Mondial, legal person of private law, hereinafter called SERVICE PROVIDER,
develops online advertisement dissemination and brokerage activities together with online
advertisement agency services, in addition from the development of technologies, e-
commerce, apps and cloud storage; distributing its products through a network of adherent
members, offering them training, support materials, control, monitoring and support, and
also paying them under the logical structure of relationship marketing.

Adherent member is an individual who voluntarily filled out his personal data, including
related documentation, registering his agreement to all terms set forth herein, declaring
himself fully capable of good faith to do so legally, and understanding the entire content of
this contractual instrument through his acceptance via internet, through the site
www.libertagia.com and/or through one of its sub-domains, who is also referred to as
CONTRACTOR.

Adhesion: The above-identified parties confirm that they have full knowledge of the
contents hereof and the CONTRACTOR is more than 18 years old and that he has freely and
spontaneously signed to agree upon, under the best form of law, the adhesion contract to
obtain advertising, direct selling and communication services, with the following contract
terms and conditions.


2. Subject of the contract

All contracts are for 12 months. The contract renewals take effect by payment through
LibertaGia Mondial official platforms.

The adherent member receives a free virtual platform, called "LiveBX" consisting of some
services available in the cloud, whose storage capacity is 10G (gigabytes).

The adherent member receives a place at the site of the SERVICE PROVIDER, called
BackOffice, which enables him to develop commercial activities such as: boosting
advertising, reselling all products and/or services through a commission. The commissions
may vary depending on the additional spaces contracted, according to the box acquired.

Access to virtual tools, products and/or services can be suspended or blocked indefinitely
if the adherent member uses them of bad faith, or because of attitudes that are against the
Code of Ethics of this company.

3. Bronze Box

All adherent members having a Bronze account (free), who do not send the required
documents to validate their accounts, will be carrying out the tasks without being paid
during an indefinite period of time (Test Task).

When the adherent member has his account verified, then he will being receiving gains
as a result of carrying out his daily tasks.

For the Bronze adherent member to be eligible to obtain gains from his team,
commissions and PGEs, the adherent member needs to have his account validated, have
held his monthly contribution and have purchased the monthly product kit.

All Bronzes may make withdrawals related to their earnings according with the work they
have carried out.


4. Commissions

The figures of a commission may vary according with the contracted Box, and are not
necessarily proportional. Is the responsibility of the SERVICE PROVIDER -according to the
variables presented in the volume of revenue, the contribution margin and profits
generated by each product or business partnership- to calculate the commissions paid to
the CONTRACTOR. All figures can be revised or modified whenever it becomes necessary,
for instance, when business partners have not paid to LibertaGia Mondial, non-reception
of profits generated by the different forms of revenue, changes in the prices agreed
between the LibertaGia Mondial and its partners, promotional or advertising campaigns,
reduction of the value of the company in the market, or any other basis of calculation that
may influence variations in the amounts paid by LibertaGia Mondial.


5. Advertising commissions

The adherent member commits itself to perform the tasks daily, which are boosting
websites of business partners of the SERVICE PROVIDER, through weekly commissioning.
The SERVICE PROVIDER has the right to change the procedure, days of execution of the
tasks, links to business partners, payment procedures; whenever necessary for the proper
execution of the activity of the company, without notice. The team will make efforts to
communicate to the adherent members, through alerts within BackOffice, wherever
possible.

Booster Box: US $ 5.00 per day

Silver Box: US $ 12.00 per day

Gold Box: US $ 20.00 per day

Platinum Box: US $ 40.00 per day

Visionary Box: US $ 80.00 per day


6. Direct sales commissions

It is the amount paid to the CONTRACTOR by the SERVICE PROVIDER, based on the resell or
marketing of our products and/or services to the final consumer. The figures are available
and can be viewed on the BackOffice of the adherent member, whose use and receiving,
respect the procedure of a 30 day cycle.

Direct sales commissions: it is obtained when an adherent member, regardless of his own
box, resells one of our cloud storage boxes in the form of upgrade, throughout the
lifetime of the contract of both. The proof of the necessity of the payment is made
internally, through the relationship of the adherent members, established at the time of
registration, referred to as the 'sponsorship'.

Booster Box sales commission: US $ 30.00

Silver Box sales commission: US $ 70.00

Gold Box sales commission: US $ 100.00

Platinum Box sales commission: US $ 200.00

Visionary Box sales commission: US $ 300.00

Commission from other products: the CONTRACTOR will get commissions from the sale of
other products or services of the company, except the sale of additional storage. Direct
sales commissions vary according to the storage box contracted:

Bronze Box: 10%

Booster Box: 12%

Silver Box: 15%

Gold Box: 17%

Platinum Box: 20%

Visionary Box: 25%


7. Regional commissions (Team Building)

The SERVICE PROVIDER also gives commissions based on the advertising services rendered
by the adherent member, products and/or services sold, and/or activations marketed by
his sales team, until the sixth generation. Sales team is any registered person registered
through the link of the adherent member, or of one of his adherent members downline
(up to the sixth generation).


8. Monthly Contribution (Being Active)

To qualify to receive earnings from teamwork, "be active", the CONTRACTOR transfers an
administrative fee to the SERVICE PROVIDER, through a transfer from the balance of his
Backoffice. The activation renewal will happen automatically. If during one of the months,
there is not balance in the account of the affiliate for the activation, whatever the box he
has contracted and for any reason, this account cannot generate or receive any kind of
bonus or commissions. Once the payment has been done, the account will be qualified to
obtain gains related to the box contracted on the following month (never receiving
retroactive amounts).

Gold Box: US $ 70
Platinum Box: US $ 80
Visionary Box: US $ 90

Note: This means that besides payment of activation, the documentation sent through the
Backoffice needs to be consistent, in relation to all personal data entered during the
registration.

Booster Kit: US $ 5.99
Silver Kit: US $ 9.99
Gold Kit: US $ 11.99

Note: To be active in order to be qualified for the team gains, tasks, sales commissions and
PGEs, all the marketing of the kit of products related to the box purchased, will be paid
through the official LibertaGia Mondial payment platforms. If you do not make the
acquisition you will be inactive for 30 days.


9. Team building commissions

The active adherent member, also receives residual commissions up to 2% of advertising
profits generated by paid boxes of your direct and indirect team with valid accounts in the
system for having a "Captive Balance", up to the sixth generation, depending on the box
purchased, with a maximum limit of US $ 15,000 per month, in the following order:

Bronze Box: 1% per month up to the 1st generation

Booster Box: 1% per month up to the 2nd generation

Silver Box: 2% per month up to the 3rd generation

Gold Box: 2% per month up to the 4th generation

Platinum Box: 2% per month up to the 5th generation

Visionary Box: 2% per month until the 6th generation


10. Commissions from monthly contributions made by the team you build

The active adherent member, also receives residual commissions up to 6% of the monthly
contribution of direct and indirect members of his team, with valid accounts in the system
up to the sixth generation depending on the box purchased, with a maximum limit of US $
15,000 per month, in the following order:

Bronze BOX: 1% per month up to the 1st generation

Booster BOX: 2% per month up to the 2nd generation

Silver BOX: 3% per month up to the 3rd generation

Gold BOX: 4% per month up to the 4th generation

Platinum BOX: 5% per month up to the 5th generation

Visionary BOX: 6% per month up to the 6th generation

The commissions described above will be transferred directly to your "Captive Balance".
This captive balance can be used solely for the purchase of LibertaGia Mondial new
products and/or services.


11. Commissions from the sale of products made by the team you build

The active adherent member, also receives residual commissions from product sales up to
6% of the profits earned by the direct and indirect members of his team with a valid account
in the system, up to the sixth generation, depending on the box purchased. These gains will
be available in his "Balance", with a maximum limit of US $ 15,000 per month, in the
following order:

Bronze Box: 5% per month

Booster Box: 5% per month

Silver Box: 5% per month

Gold Box: 6% per month

Platinum Box: 6% per month

Visionary Box: 6% per month


12. Career plan for sellers

All members are guided by the company also to follow the career plan for sellers, because
we believe that sales to new customers is the foundation of our business.

Our career plan for sellers includes commissions and rewards for those who achieve the
targets stipulated in the official presentation of the business plan of LibertaGia Mondial,
available at www.libertagia.com


13. Acquisition of new contracts

An adherent member can buy a new Cloud Storage box of LiveBX, within 90 days using his
internal balance. After this period he will be only able to pay on LibertaGia Mondial
payment platforms. Whenever an adherent member wishes to purchase a bigger box he
should pay the full amount, ending up having a new contract lasting one year.

It is clarified however, that even if adherent members purchase extra boxes, they cannot
perform more than 6 hours of tasks a day.

Additional boxes (or new contracts) generate commissions in the same way as the
purchased boxes by the adherent member, however it is compulsory to respect the line of
sponsorship or downline, but never in a "crossline" form.


14. Commissions and qualification within the Binary plan

The adherent member who registers in his direct line two active members is qualified to
obtain binary gains. The criteria for registration of this two new adherent members will be
that one is registered in the left side and the other one in the right side, in order to reap
the binary bonus. Only from that moment he will be entitled to obtain indirect and direct
binary gains or based on the boxes purchased under him, with maximum annual earnings
of a million US dollars.


15. Qualification to obtain Binary plan gains

Once the adherent member has begun to build his team, whose members get some of our
paid boxes, both in the right and the left side, then binary commissions begin to generate,
which has a variable basis of calculation from 15% to 30% of the total points generated by
the "lower leg" team and added at the end of each day from 00:00 pm (Portugal time zone).

Bronze Box: 15%

Booster Box: 20%

Silver Box: 25%

Gold Box: 30%

Platinum Box: 30%

Visionary Box: 30%


16. Qualification within the Recognition Plan

In a daily basis, LibertaGia Mondial system adds the PGE points regarding the lower leg, an
amount to be taken into account for the qualification within the Recognition plan in the
following order:

Recognition by offering a tablet

EMERALD: 70 000 PGE
Recognition by offering a computer and projector

DIAMOND: 300 000 PGE
Recognition by offering a trip for two

DOUBLE DIAMOND: 1 000 000 PGE
Recognition by offering a cruise

TRIPLE DIAMOND: 5 000 000 PGE
Recognition by offering a luxury car

GLOBAL AMBASSADOR: 25 000 000 PGE
Recognition by offering a house, yacht or luxury car


17.Recognised adherent members

An adherent member that has been recognized within the Recognition plan, works on an
exclusive basis with the company LibertaGia Mondial. So it appears the breach of the
exclusivity clause, will thus be excluded from all and any relationship with the company,
ceasing to be entitled to all eventual benefits and recognitions that arises from its contract
(box).


18. 30 days payment cycle

The values of the different commissions are made available for withdrawal after thirty days
of commercialization, the event which triggers the payment of commissions by the system
to the adherent member (available balance). Values contained in the Balances may be used
to purchase products or services within BackOffice, any time.


19. Restrictions on transfers

The adherent member with a bronze box cannot send or receive transfers from other logins.

All other boxes from Booster to Visionary can transfer among themselves, as long as the minimum
value is US$ 300, being mandatory that both have in their Balance the minimum value above
reported.

All transfers of internal balance entail a cost of US $ 5.

20. Support costs

Whenever requested assistance from the support of the company related with an issue of the
sole responsibility of the adherent member, he will be charged a US $ 5.00 fee.

Every time that an adherent member opens a ticket regarding an issue on which we have
informed through the official channels of the company, he will be charged a US $ 5.00 fee as well.


21. Transfer of ownership

The adherent member who wishes to cede his position, is aware that this can only be done
with prior review and acceptance of the company; payment of an administrative fee of US
$ 499.00; an amount that will be directly paid through the official payment platforms of
LibertaGia Mondial. The request for change of ownership must be made by email to
compliance@libertagia.com or by sending a letter, with a signature and a copy of your
documents. The approval period is up to 15 days, on the basis of the information provided.
To cede a position will be subject to LibertaGia Mondial deliberation, having LibertaGia
Mondial priority in acquiring the account and / or position if it deems it appropriate.


22. Electronic communication

When you visit the Site, you communicate with LibertaGia Mondial electronically. You
consent to receive communications electronically through our Alerts in our Virtual Office.
You agree that within the maximum extent permitted by law, all agreements, notices,
disclosures and other communications that LibertaGia Mondial provides to you
electronically, satisfy any legal requirement and that such communications dispense other
written forms.


23. Accuracy of information provided by the adherent member

You represent and guarantee that any information you provide regarding your
identification is and shall remain true, accurate and complete and that you will maintain
and update such information regularly. You agree that if any information you provide is
false, inaccurate, obsolete or incomplete, we may terminate your use of the platform
LiveBX or any product you have purchased, and we may immediately cancel your account.
As a result you will forfeit your right to withdraw any value there.


24. Your account

Your username and password is for your personal use. If you use the Site, you are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password; and also for

restricting access to your computer; and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities
that occur in your account or with your password. LibertaGia Mondial reserves the right to
refuse service, close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole
discretion.

If a member's account is cancelled or suspended due to an irregularity, reactivation of the
account can only be made after consideration of the administration of LibertaGia Mondial
and by the purchase of a higher box than the one active at the time of suspension.

If the adherent member is inactive during a period exceeding 30 days, his account will be
suspended.

If after completing the (12 month) contract, the participant wants to keep his team he will
have to purchase an equal or superior box to the one acquired previously.


25. Termination

LibertaGia Mondial reserves the right to terminate your account or your use of the Site,
without notice and at its sole discretion; and to block or prevent your future access and use
of the site if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right
to use the site will cease immediately. You agree that any termination of your access or use
of the Site may be effected without prior notice, and it may immediately deactivate or
delete your password and username, and all related information and files associated with
it, and / or ban any access to such information or files. You agree that we will not be liable
to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or any information
or files, and we will not be required to make such information or files available to you after
termination. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their
nature are intended to survive the termination, all representations and guarantees,
limitation of liabilities; and all indemnifications shall survive the termination, critics
comments, observations, communication and others.

In the event of cancellation by the user of the site (publisher or client), for whatever reason,
it is established that the costs incurred to the company- including direct and indirect
commissions, binary gains, bonuses and others- will be discounted, and that the refund will
have its maximum value at 70% of what was paid at the time of adhesion.


26. User Content

You agree that any User Content submitted by you to the Site will be accurate, will not
violate or facilitate the violation of any law, rule, regulation or policy. It will not violate any
third party right, including without limitation, copyright, privacy, registered trademarks or
advertising rights, and will not cause harm to any person or entity. You agree that User
Content posted by you on the Site will not contain obscene, profane or threatening

language, and will not contain campaigns, political malware, commercial solicitation, chain
letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. Additionally, you agree that you have not been
compensated nor granted by others for the User Content submitted by you. You are solely
responsible for the User Content you submit, and LibertaGia Mondial is not responsible for
any User Content submitted by you. You agree to indemnify us if there are claims against
us resulting from your User Content. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right
(without obligation) to do any or all of the following, at our discretion: (i) monitor User
Content; (H) alter, remove or refuse to post or allow to be posted any User Content and /
or (iii) disclose any User Content, and the circumstances surrounding its transmission to any
third party in order to operate the site ; to protect LibertaGia Mondial and its staff,
administrators, directors, shareholders, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors,
suppliers and service providers (collectively called LibertaGia Mondial Entities"), and the
users and visitors of the site, to comply with legal obligations and governmental requests;.
to enforce these Terms and Conditions and Guidelines, or for any other reason or purpose.
Any User Content you submit, you grant LibertaGia Mondial a nonexclusive and sub
licensable license (in multiple levels), fully internalized, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free
and non-transferable; and you gives us license to use, display, perform, transmit, copy,
modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell and distribute
such User Content and to incorporate such Content in any form, media or technology now
known or later developed, throughout the world, all without compensation to you. For this
reason, do not send us any comments that you do not wish to license to us, including any
confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, ideas about
products, computer code or original artwork. In addition, you grant LibertaGia Mondial the
right to include the name provided along with the User Content submitted by you, however,
LibertaGia Mondial shall have no obligation to include such name with such User Content.
Please note that if you use your name in connection with your product review, this personal
information will become public information and will be available to site visitors and the
general public, in addition, such personal information, once released to the public in
general can be distributed via the Internet and other media channels, where it will reach
an even wider audience. We are not responsible for the use or disclosure of any personal
information you voluntarily disclose in connection with reviews of your products. You must
provide your real email, in order to submit User Content. Any content you submit will be
spread through the Internet and you understand and acknowledge that there is no
expectation of privacy with respect to User Content. By submitting your email in connection
with User Content, you agree that LibertaGia Mondial and its third party service providers
may use your email address to contact you regarding your User Content and to other
administrative purposes, however, LibertaGia Mondial has no obligation to respond to any
User Content. For all User Content you post, you represent and guarantee that you have all
rights necessary to grant the licenses granted in this section rights, and that such User
Content, and your provision thereof to and through the Site, comply with all applicable
laws, rules and regulations. You also irrevocably waive any moral rights or other rights with
respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials relating to the User Content

27. Illegal or improper use

The site can only be used for lawful purposes. As a condition of use of this Site, you
guarantee LibertaGia Mondial that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful
or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Activities, including, but not limited to,
tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or
conducting fraudulent activities on the site that are prohibited. You are prohibited from
violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, for example:

Access data not intended for you or enter into a server or account that you are not
authorized to access;
Use the site for unintended purposes or trying to change the functioning of the Site;
Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or breach
measures security or authentication without proper authorization;
Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without
limitation, the submission of malware to the Site, overloading, flooding, spamming,
mailbombing or crashing; forging any header or any part of the header information in any
email or post, or forging communications on behalf of the Site (representing LibertaGia
Mondial site) or to the Site (impersonating another user). Sending unsolicited and
unauthorized emails on behalf of LibertaGia Mondial, including promotions and/or
advertising products or services, is expressly prohibited. You agree not to use any device,
software, route or data to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operations of the Site
or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree not to use or attempt to use any
engine, software, tool, agent, data or other device or mechanism (including, without
limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search
another site, or other search engine and search agents provided by LibertaGia Mondial or
generally publicly available browsers. Violations of the system or network security may
result in civil or criminal liability.

Moreover, you will not:

legal rights of others, including without limitation others' privacy rights or advertising rights
or collecting information personally identifiable about other users of the Site; (C)
impersonate any person or entity, including, without limitation, any representative of
LibertaGia Mondial; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person
or entity in connection with the Site, or express or imply that we endorse any statement
you made; (I) restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site (including, without
limitation, by hacking or defacing any part of the Site); (E) use the Site to advertise or offer
to sell or buy any goods or services without the prior express written consent of LibertaGia
Mondial ; (F) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes,
any part, use or access to the Site; (G) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineering,
decompile or disassemble any part of the Site; (H) remove any copyright, trademark or
other propriety rights in the Site or materials from the site; (1) frame or mirror any part of
the Site without the express prior written consent (J) create a database by systematically
downloading and storing content of the site.
