Congratulations! TopLineEvents would like to invite you to attend the 2014 ELITE100 Showase in your region. These showcases are by invitation
only. The clincs will have an emphasis on teaching advanced skill concepts, education on the recruiting process, and exposure. These showcases are for
boys in rising grades 5
th
-12
th
. There will be (2) sessions Elite (9
th
-12
th
) & Junior Elite (5
th
-8
th
). This experience will have benefits to you on and off the court.

THE 2014 ELITE100 SHOWCASE INCLUDES:

SKILL DEVELOPMENT/CLASSROOM SESSIONS
Each Participant will be worked out by our staff of coaches that include former and current college coaches, and some of the top high school coaches in the
country. Sessions will include ball-handling, shooting, rebounding, and defensive drills focusing on the fundamentals of the game. These sessions will be
advanced concepts and intense. We will also conduct classroom sessions during the camp that focus on NCAA compliance and the recruiting process and
give you a heads up on what to do and what not to do.

3 WEBCAST GAMES FOR COLLEGE COACHES
Each participant will play in 3 games during the day that are webcast for college coaches to view

EXPOSURE
We know one of the main reasons you attend events is exposure that is why we go to great lengths to make sure you will be seen. We will do a highlight
report of the event and post it on our website, and send it to DI college coaches, and national scouting services. National Scouting Services and College
Coaches will also be invited to cover the event. A personal evaluation will also be given to you at the event; this is an important piece of the showcase that
will give you in depths look at strengths and weaknesses. Personal Highlight videos will also be made available at each event. These are great ways we are
able to get you exposure regionally, and nationally.

Total Cost of the camp will be $125.00. A non-refundable $45 deposit is required with all applications. The balance of $80 will be paid at the event.
Registration is also available online on our website. On the day of the event registration will be begin at 8:45am, so please be on time. The event will begin
at 10am and the session will end by 5pm. Every participant will receive an event jersey, and a personal evaluation from the event. During the event hotels,
meals, and transportation are the responsibility of each participants parent or guardian, we will not be responsible for housing, meals, or transportation
during the clinic. A confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your deposit complete with directions and hotel information.

A $100.00 deposit must accompany the application and the balance of the clinic fee ($140) is to be paid on or before the day of the clinic. All payments are considered deposits and are non-refundable. I hereby authorize the staff of TopLine Events to
act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release the staff from any and all liability for injuries or illness incurred while at the event. I have no knowledge of any physical
