COMPETITIVELY PRICED SERVICES WITH FLEXIBLE
ARRANGEMENT. We offer three types of fee arrangement that
best suit our clients needs:
1. TIME-BASED PER-DIEM FEE. Calculated based on
person-months required to complete the projects. This
arrangement is suitable for clients requiring strategy
development initiatives.
2. PERFORMANCE BASED ARRANGEMENT. Calculated
based on success fee with minimum retainer fee (in fixed amount
or as percentage of business improvements) for projects with
specific business targets.
3. JOINT-VENTURE ARRANGEMENT. In this type of
arrangement, we capitalize most of our consulting, capital
raising, and business arrangement capabilities into the
companys ownership structure and exit within 5 years. This
arrangement could be combined with our Private Equity
Investment Service.
Skha Consulting - Our People Skha Consulting - What We Do
Herianto Pribadi is a Partner at Skha Consulting, an Indonesia based strategic consultancy. Skha
focuses on banking, financial institutions, private equity investment, financial services, consumer
goods and retail industry. Mr. Pribadi experience includes having consulted and advised 6 of Top
10 Banks in Indonesia in M&A, growth strategy, turnaround strategy, business improvements,
operational improvements, risk management as well as organization and HR issues. Mr. Pribadi had
also served Indonesian central bank for sharia banking blueprint, a Singaporean Bank in strategic
alliance, has worked for two Singaporean insurance companies in post-merger management and a
multinational finance company in growth strategy. Prior joining Skha, Mr. Pribadi was a Consultant
with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Pribadi holds an MBA from Ross Business School, University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Rizal H. Matondang has been consulting the public and private sectors for more than 15 years.
Since joining Skha, he has primarily focused on banking sector projects. Additionally, he worked on
a business plan for a Malaysia based remittance services company and industry structure analysis
for a China based auto-company. Rizal completed his BA in Economics and MBA from University of
Michigan.
Sayed Musaddiq is our Director who leads business units that specializing in strategic
development, change management, corporate finance, government and economic development.
Sayed joined Skha Consulting in 2010, after 4 years of solid experience in operational management
and improvement that contributed to production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Sayed has advised various type of clients from multinational, private, state-owned enterprises,
regional and central government. He also has managed multi industries e.g banking, postal and
logistic, electronics, and property.
He has comprehensive knowledge in Regulatory, Public Policy and Investment that enable our
clients in solving their complex problems.

Bogi A S Nugroho joined Skha Consulting at 2003, since then he has advised many top banks,
mining companies, and property development in Indonesia. He is now focusing more on financial
arrangement and investment partnership with leading property developer, oil and gas, and mining
companies. Prior joining Skha, He has solid experience and successfully delivered many major
infrastructure development projects. He holds an MBA from IPMI Business School dan Bachelor of
Civil Engineering Degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung
