Its taken me some time to get to this but here are the details: Im 62 years old and have
applied MANY healing and releasing processes to a speciic group o past memories!
"egardless o ho# big the insights or ho# determined I have been to rid mysel o the
negative impact o those memories$ I have not budged the energy one bit % until I received
your email that guided me through the &'oint 'rocess related to a period o time in my
childhood! I #ent through the entire process as your email directed it and immediately
ater#ard noticed that I no longer elt ANY energy around the memories! Its been t#o
#eeks and I ()I** have elt N+ energy around those memories! I can actually even
imagine that I might someday orget about them entirely!

I did listen to the "elationship class the other day$ .and/ I am eeling much more
compassionate to#ards my husband! )he prep or the remodeling has been very stressul
or him$ he0s been very short tempered and an1ious as #e packed and loaded the contents
o the irst loor o the house into a pod$ and made lots o decisions about the pro2ect! I
have been able to see him as someone #ho is struggling #ith all this change and chaos and
e1pense .and his an1iety over that/$ and also his eeling some an1iety about ho# I am
changing and his ears about being let behind$ instead o my usual thoughts o ho# selish
and rude and obno1ious he is!
)he other day he said something$ I don0t even remember #hat he said$ but I had a lash o
tremendous anger$ and then an immediate thought o compassion and orgiveness! )his is
3uite a change$ I used to d#ell on things like this or days$ replaying over and over in my
mind ho# he 4did me #rong4! And ho# I deserve better$ etc!

It0s much easier or me to 2ust let stu go no#! 5is sister and her amily #as here or 67
days .rom the 89/ and I #as e1pecting to be very ed up by the end$ but I really en2oyed
mysel and #as able to let a lot o minor annoyances 2ust slide! I things #ere not going the
#ay I preerred I #as easily able to 2ust let it go!
I am thinking about having a little &'oint seminar or riends and doing the relationship
e1ercise to introduce them to the #hole thing!

*oving &'oint: It0s been very helpul! I did the #hat i stu this morning % #hat i all the
packing up goes easily and is actually un; #hat i it0s easy or me to get rid o stu I no
longer need;$ etc! )onight I heard mysel tell someone$ 4it #as much easier than I
e1pected4 % so I guess it #orked!G

Read ho$ Chris fro" 9inland $as introdced to the ./oint /rocess and released a
lifelong brden of sha"eH
)his <hristmas is very much dierent or me% I0ve lost #eight$ I do not stress and my
innermost ears o ailure and non%#orthiness have evaporated! It all started #ith my #ie
telling me about )he &'oint 'rocess that she ound on the Internet % I #as a bit reluctant
trying something ne# again$ again % but I did! I did the setup and the body image script and
ya#ned a lot!
Ater doing it I #as tired and didn0t eel much change! )he ne1t morning I #oke up #ith a
very dierent eeling in my body$ like something #as missing: (lo#ly I reali=ed that a
burden o shame .coming rom my childhood/ #as gone: Not to say I do not have
4problems4$ but this deep rooted eeling is inito$ gone$ erased like a #eight that0s suddenly
gone!
I do not understand this intellectually but I do love the results % this ne# eeling o
light.ness/! (ince then I have had done &'oint all the time e1periencing #aves o clear
seeing and also in bet#een some ear o change$ even #hen it0s to the better! I 2ust keep
persistently using even more &'oint on it! It0s no# a habit that every time a distressing
thought creeps up on me to 3uickly change these patterns .I also use >?) but have the
e1perience that it #orks better #ith my clients than #hen I do it or mysel/
I also have used @rant0s idea o a symbol or healing #ith t#o clients suering rom ')(A$
helping them to get a ull night sleep: .)his #as a combination o >?) and using the
&'oint statements/! I think the calm inner peace eeling I0m e1periencing in my lie #ill
enable me to get even more positive abundance and inner peace :%/

I hope this can encourage even more people to use )he &'oint 'rocess! I also think an
important part o the git o &'oint is that it0s rooted in a positive approach to change and
not a 4 ?ear Based4 healing method! )he &'oint 'rocess is e1tremely po#erul % 27 years
o therapy #ith mi1ed results and deep rooted belies disappeared and this ne# me #ith
more genuine eelings and more creativity emerged beautiully #ithin a very short time
span!
I eel as i the past is the past and the uture is the uture % my part o is 2ust to be in the in
bet#een$ one breath a time % here and no#! Aear @rant$ all this is a very empo#ering

start clearing out everything pertaining to the issue at hand!
It #orked immediately and very #ell! 5e reports that every time he started to lose his
