EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS of
the estate of the late ABDULGAIB ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN made and entered into by and between:

SITTI ARMINA DEGUSMAN-ALKILAN, JAMJURA ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN,
ABDULWAHID ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN all of legal age, and residents of Simunul,
Tawi- Tawi;
and
MOHAMMAD SHAN ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN, of legal age, and resident of
Tumaga Porcentro, Zamboanga City;

-WITNESSETH-

THAT, SITTI ARMINA DEGUSMAN-ALKILAN, JAMJURA ANTOYAN
DEGUSMAN, ABDULWAHID ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN, MOHAMMAD SHAN
ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN and ABDULGAIB ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN are siblings;

THAT, ABDULGAIB ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN died on March 15, 2013, at Jeddah,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without any will or testament and without any outstanding debts or
obligations in favor to any person or entity, a copy of her Certificate of Death is hereto
attached as Annex A;

THAT the said ABDULGAIB ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN, at time of his death, is a
holder of an active savings account with the Philippine National Bank Bongao Branch with
Account Number 3748-4810-0013;

THAT We, SITTI ARMINA DEGUSMAN-ALKILAN, JAMJURA ANTOYAN
DEGUSMAN, ABDULWAHID ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN, MOHAMMAD SHAN
ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN are the only heirs of ABDULGAIB ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN,
by these presents and pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the
Philippines, hereby agrees to adjudicate unto ourselves the said estate, the proceeds of the
above-described savings account, of our late brother, and by this Extra-Judicial Settlement of
Estate with Waiver of Rights, we, SITTI ARMINA DEGUSMAN-ALKILAN,
ABDULWAHID ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN and MOHAMMAD SHAN ANTOYAN
DEGUSMAN, hereby expressly and voluntarily cede and transfer all our rights, interest and
participation of the said estate unto our sister, JAMJURA ANTOYAN DEGUSMAN.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their hands on this __ day of
______ 2013 in the City of Zamboanga, Philippines.
