Turned around supply chain losses and delivery time slippage. Negotiated with civilian

Initiated minimization of predictable loss of assets. Negotiated with all allied nations and
contractors to share rotary-wing incident data. Convinced executive combat leaders to institute unit-by-
unit down day to refocus on operational requirements. IMPACT: Eliminated immediate loss of $38.4M in
assets and increased capabilities by 36%.

Improved quality and output of supplier product. Diagnosed problems in manufactured products,
collaborated with engineers for improved design and established new procedures to handle emergencies
created by mechanical failures. IMPACT: Eliminated short term loss of $64M and $2.1B in projected
losses.
