The respondent, a native ad citizen of Mexico, appeals the decision of the Immigration
Judge, mailed February 25, 2014, denying his motion to reopen. The Depament of Homelad
Security ("DHS") is opposed to the respondent's appeal.
Considering the totality of the circumstaces presented, we conclude tat reopened removal
proc eedings ae waranted to provide the respondent with a renewed opportunity to appea
befre a Immigation Judge ad show why he should not be removed fom the United States.
Even though the respondent should have ensured that the Immigration Cour had his complete
address, which included his apament number, we conclude that in light of te respondent's
diligence in presenting his motion to reopen ad his history of providing a complete address to
the DHS, these proceedings should be reopened.
While we conclude that reopening is wa ated, we express no opinion regarding the ultimate
outcome of these proceedings at the present time. See Matter of L-0-G-, 21 l&N Dec. 413
(BIA 1996). Accordingly, the fllowng order is entered .

ORDER: The respondent's appeal is sustained,' the order of removal, entered in absentia on
Jaua 8, 2014, is vacated, these removal proceedings ae reopened, ad the record is remaded
