Town Council Meeting Cost Proposal

Ms. Hunter:
LSY is pleased to offer this cost proposal for the above referenced project. Our cost proposal is
based on my understanding of services from your latest email on 2/18/14 at approximately 3:50
PM. LSY proposes to attend one town council meeting in Lovettsville, VA to present the three
original exterior and massing options (Options 1, 2, 3); as well as two new exterior conceptual
options (Options 1a & 2a).
1. Option 1a LSY will add representational alpine or wooden detailing to the facades,
similar to the images provided by K. Markel.
2. Option 2a LSY will revise the colors to be more reminiscent of the existing community
center.
LSY will prepare the new options and present all 5 options, via powerpoint with corresponding
handouts for 20 people in 11 x17 page format. The firm fixed price of this work will be $ 2,448.
A detailed back up worksheet is attached and provides labor cost breakdowns.
We are happy to facilitate this presentation and thus the project. I look forward to reviewing the
new options with you prior to the meeting, as well as discussing the agenda and format, once
you have reviewed the proposal.
