Business Growth Hub are recruiting Growth Start Up Advisor to be responsible high quality start-up advice and
assistance to a portfolio of ambitious entrepreneurs with potential growth businesses across Greater Manchester.
To be based: Remote working

The duties of the job include:

To Handle enquiries via, phone and email, initially assessing the growth potential of potential mid growth start-ups using
appropriate tools, processes and systems where required.
To ensure that potential Business Growth Hub programme entrepreneurs and their start-up companies comply with the
project eligibility criteria by ensuring that initial eligibility checks, prior to formal assessment and programme entry.
To ensure each start-up company has had an in depth business growth start-up assessment carried out using the Hubs
common template and methods to capture baseline data
To make sure those services identified as appropriate for start-up clients are personally introduced.
To work with the core Business Growth Hub team, the Growth Start-Up Manager and start-up team and other internal
teams to ensure clients have a seamless journey through Hub programmes
To work in conjunction with other delivery teams to ensure that other expertise is brought in to assist eligible start-up
companies to develop as necessary.
To ensure that the monitoring and collection of survival, output and impacts data is undertaken throughout the project
and at the conclusion of each individual project inline with ERDF requirements
To ensure all enquiries and partner referrals are correctly recorded on Captavia and associated data capturing systems,
updating progress against agreed actions as plans progress.
To ensure all administration is completed in timely manner against deadlines and is checked for accuracy.
To represent the Growth Hub at appropriate events and contribute to the development and delivery of events targeted at
clients and partners as required.
