General responsibilities:
Ensure the branding for our AIESEC products (Project, Fund
raising), in particular the capacity to bring international
interns to our external stakeholders.
Attending networking events and follow up by CRM* tracking.
Ensure one-to-one sale meeting and cold call.

Skills required:
Good presentation
Sale skills, diplomatic approach, credible and charismatic,
extravert/outgoing, professional, hardworking, bold, humble
French and English required. (If possible, fluent French and
very good English.)

Qualifications :
Speak fluently in French and good expression in English, and preferably
someone speaking German as well.

Availability to take part in networking events

Responsibilities :
Representing AIESEC during various events, as networking or
expositions.
Maintain contact with the contact's person in the firm and assuring the
follow-up using CRM Podio*.
Knowledge of the Global Citizen product
The main goal is to sell internships and to establish new partnerships
(workshop, selling project, fund raising, sponsorship)
Sufficient knowledge of Project, Workshop needs
Members by 2 will be responsible for a specific networking event
(Swiss Entrepreneur, Chambre du commerce, Petit djeuner etc.)

Mastery of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator etc.)

Responsibilities:
Design web interfaces.
Design of promotional materials (flyers, posters etc.).
Design of brochure and reference materials for various events.


IT SPECIALISTS (1 PERSON)

Qualifications:
Web programming & design (Wordpress, HTML, PHP, CSS,
JavaScript, jQuery etc.)
! Recommended: knowledgeable about Web frameworks.
Database management (MySQL, Oracle etc.).

Responsibilities:
Design, creation and update of Web interfaces.
Creation, maintenance and troubleshooting of databases.

What? : Worldwide entrepreneurship week: AIESEC is in charge of a social
entrepreneurship forum + bar lounge networking.
Where? : Uni Mail
Team composition: 1 Head of Projects (OCP) + 4 core members + 5
extended members (OGX, COMM, TM, F).
Contacts: UNITEC + Others students Associations, other AIESEC national
level/country, OGX department.
Materials: Stands, apro, drink, alcohol, lighting system, music, bar man,
etc.
Promotion: UNITEC communication strategy
Responsibilities: finding sponsors for Bar Lounge, design and decorate the
forum, contact AIESEC abroad and collaborate in promoting their
humanitarian projects, class shout, flyers + programs distribution,
networking animating, decorate the Bar Lounge, manage the bar.

GLOBAL VILLAGE:
When? : On 22

of April 2015
What? : Numerous stands representing different countries food
specialities, dances, singing, culture activities. Its to promote OGX. A
conference on actuality issue will also be organized during the day,
inviting speakers/specialists on the subject.
Where? : In UniMail main Hall
Team composition: 1 Head of Projects (OCP) & 4 Core member + 5
extended (Comm, FR, OGX, TM, etc.)
Contacts: Sponsors from the previous years, University Students who hold
stand previous year, previous OCP Megane Panchaud. Sponsors
contacted by Esther. Fundraising network, working closely with Finance.
Materials: stands, flags, decorations, food, other audio/visual/electricity
logistic, banners etc.
Promotion: Facebook, Email to students, flyers, posters.

GLOBAL VILLAGE PARTY:
When? : following the Global Village event or maybe on the Friday of the
same week.
What? : A party basing on a multiculturalist theme. Music and dance
Latin-American. Selling drinks.
Where? : to be decided!

networking, design and decoration of stands and hall of Unimail for the
Start-up fair, contact start-up and sell the product, propose interactive
activities in order to attract more students, organise competition to make
the forum more vivid, contact sponsors for the event.

KICK-OFF 2015 CONFERENCE:
When? : 25

of March 2015
What? : A national conference for around 200 AIESECer from all
Switzerland. We will be 4 days together, sharing discussion, workshop,
training sessions and party together.
Where? : At Fiesch
Team composition: 1 Head of Projects (OCP) + 3 Core members + 2 Finance
members.

Promotion: Facebook + email to AIESEC network
Responsibilities: promotion of the event to AIESEC network, contact in kind
and in money sponsors/partners most important part is Fund Raising,
allocating of resource and rooms, organise transports to Fiesch of
materials, organise attendees registration and payment from delegates,
design and decoration of the conference places, organize super Parties
every night (good music, selling drinks, hot dog, party theme), organize
evening activities (challenges, games, sports), recording and taking photos
of event.

HUMANITARIAN TRIP OF AIESEC GENEVA:
When? : mid-June/July 2015
What? : Organize a 2 weeks humanitarian trip for AIESEC Geneva members.
We will be working together on a concrete humanitarian project in
partnering with NGOs and spending our last AIESEC time together.
Discovering a new culture.
Where? : Destination to be decided, depending on projects availability.
AIESEC network.
Team composition: depend on participants, group of 10 15 people.
Contacts: AIESEC network, NGOs network, OGX team
Materials: your travelling pack
Promotion: words to mouth and email in the local committee.
Responsibilities: find NGOs offering an interesting project abroad for a
group of 10 to 15 people, ensure the aim and flow of the project realisation,
airplane and accommodating/housing booked, Visa process, motivate
members to participate, schedule/plan activity during the 2 weeks, take
good pictures and footage during the trip.
