INTRODUCTION
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN

1.1

The main purpose of the Project Quality Management plan is to ensure production of high
quality end software product according to the specific requirements stated. The Project Quality
Management plan of the Airline Reservation System establishes the goals, processes and
responsibilities required to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of the project.

3.1.1 Define Project Quality


Costumer at first needed an interactive interface but later they changed it. We have to be
sure the colors we are using are not used by already working Airline Management &
Reservation System.

3.1.2 Measure Project Quality


We appointed a manager for interface to look over the developing team that they are
doing the right work as we dont want any problem to occur when the product is launched
he/she will be responsible for the problems occur in the interface he will be providing a
report in every week about the development done in the product. The manger also takes
the responsibilities for the upcoming error and to find the solution for handling the required
error.

3.2

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Quality System provides for a Quality Assurance (QA) that contains all planned and
systematic actions to provide confidence that all operations and maintenance are conducted all
applicable requirements, standards and operational procedures. The primary purpose of the
Quality Assurance is to ensure effective implementation of the Quality System, keeping under
control relevant activities in order to monitor:
Fulfillment of applicable Authority requirements ( ECAA);
Achievement of expected standards.

3.2.1 Analyze Project Quality


Periodical review committees (at least once per 6 months) chaired by the Quality Manager and
Safety Manager with Participation the Accountable Manager and the Nominated Post Holders,
are held to discuss Quality achievements and defaults. These meetings are programmed, at
least one every six months.
During the meeting, the following topics will be considered as a minimum:
Results of internal inspections and audits and other indicators, including non-conformity
reports.
Results of Authority inspections and audits, including non-conformity reports.
Significant issues from the quality assurance program.
Quality Control our team of 3 members will be maintaining the product through its life
to maintain its quality and working. And when an upgrade is required in the product it
will be done as the product has a upgradability feature.
