How to Install the application
Installation steps for Android:
1. Open the url received by SMS (https://portal.sita.aero/imobility)
2. Launch the Android link
3. Checkout the notification panel to see the download progress.
4. Once completed please launch the file as shown below (ServiceHubMobile.apk)

5. Your security settings may have to be changed to authorize the installation of unknown
sources. In that case you may receive the below warning, Otherwise please go directly to step
#7

6. In the security settings, please tick the "Unknown sources

then acknowledge the above warning
7. Review the required access levels and click install.

How to Install the application
Installation steps for iPhone:
1. Open the url received by SMS (https://portal.sita.aero/imobility)
2. Launch the iPhone link
3. Checkout the notification panel to see the download progress.
4. Once the installation is completed you will see the ServiceHub mobile icon on your device

Once completed please launch the application by pressing on the ServiceHub icon

he becomes available, again.

Note : When setting status to Resolved : Resolution Code & Comment fields are
mandatory

Advanced search
Use to search for a particular
incident(s) by specifying
multiple search parameters.

Become available / unavailable
Example :
A field engineers starts his shift
as available so he receives the
push notifications.
Then he goes on a lunch break
and decides to set himself as
unavailable. During the time he
is set as unavailable he will not

Notifications will get generated and pushed.
User will receive all notifications once he becomes
available.

Location sign-out
No push notifications will be
sent to the user once he is
signed out
When the user will login back
to the application, he will NOT

NO notification will be generated for the User.
This is essentially a Sign-off from Airport(s).
Example:
The user finishes his shift so
he signs out.
When he will start his new
shift one or 2 days after , all
the push notifications that
were sent while he was signed
out will never be sent ot the
user
Notification setting
Push Notification is made of :
Incident # , Priority, 7 first
characters of affected end-user, first
10 characters of Node

- Incident Creation
- Incident Update

Name<space>, Summary, Status
