It gives us great pleasure to introduce Technoxian on behalf of E-Cell, Indian Institute of Technology,
Delhi and Times Globacom (P) Ltd. as the organizers of this championship. TECHNOXIAN, The National
Level Championship whose finale is to be organized at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi during Tryst-
2015 to be held in Feb-March-2015. TECHNOXIAN will accumulate students from all over the country
together to be a part of the biggest National Level Championship and commemorate with knowledge
and create an unmatched ambience and aura of learning with fun under the expert guidance of research
personnel who have proved their worth in the field of academics and industry. Under this banner we
organize numerous compelling tasks and events based on different technologies like Robotics, Android,
Ethical Hacking, Catia, Pro-e, Digital Marketing, and Matlab etc. With technological advancements
reaching new extents TECHNOXIAN assures to provide a practical and a better approach to learning a
new standard in practical learning and implementation into the real world applications.


This year we are organizing TECHNOXIAN, The National Level Championship in association with E-Cell,
Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. We are willing to organize the zonal rounds of TECHNOXIAN at
your esteemed college/school as recognize you as an Event Center.


Please find the details in the overleaf, and provide us the authentication to organize the event and
recognize your college as an Event Center for this National Level Championship Zonal Rounds.

ABOUT E-Cell IIT Delhi:

Entrepreneurship Development Cell, IIT Delhi, is a not for profit initiative, voluntarily run by students at
IIT Delhi. Entrepreneurship Development Cell was founded in 2007 with an aim to support and augment
the efforts of budding entrepreneurs in the college level to get established as successful and
independent entrepreneurs, by providing them with advice regarding financial support, organizing
workshops which help to teach the young College. It has been high on the cells agenda to promote
entrepreneurship among the students and has held a gamut of events to achieve the goal. Entrepreneur
become acquainted with the lingo of the Business world, learns and implements marketing strategies
and learns about the different areas in which earlier budding entrepreneurs have been successful.

Entrepreneurship in college has a unique flavor since it is only here one gets access to a large cheap
workforce, easily available mentors and lots of new floating ideas. The cell aims to train the young
entrepreneur to observe these existent ideas and feed them with new ones via numerous competitions
such as Vishisth B-Plan, Case Study competitions, Panel discussions and most importantly through Guest
Lectures, where some of the most eminent entrepreneurs of the country have graced the event with
their presence in the past few years and ignited young minds with some of their own accounts of their
rise to fame in the entrepreneurship world. Bimonthly newsletters (Stud entrepreneur) are released and
circulated in order to make newcomers aware of the terms used in business, such as Pitching, Angel
Investing, B-Plan etc. and also make the audience acquainted with some of the latest happenings in the
entrepreneurship world.

The club boasts of hosting personalities like Mr.Ajai Chowdhry, Chairman & Co-founder HCL on campus
and scouting outstanding business plan competitions in its annual flagship competition, Vishishth, 2012.
The cell has given the novel startups of Phokatcopy and Phyzok Learning Solutions, to the society in the
past, and continues to do so. The club has also initiated a unique attempt to provide the students and
the startups with a unique platform called the Startup showcase wherein, the students may apply for
internships at these startups, and the startups get to tell the audience about their business, and meet
potential clients and investors.

ABOUT AICRA:

All India Council for Robotics & Automation is a government registered body. AICRA has been
established to empower the Robotics & Automation among students. AICRA also aims to unite
the tech geeks and to spread the knowledge. AICRA is a better platform for people with brilliant
ideas. The council will be providing financial & technical support for the innovation ideas.




EVENT DETAILS:

TECHNOXIAN is the National Level Championship in association with E-Cell, Indian Institute of
Technology, Delhi on technologies like Robotics, Android & Ethical Hacking, Digital Marketing,
Catia, and Pro-e, organized by Times Globacom (P) Ltd. The event would be organized in 3
different stages. The first 2 stages will be organized at a particular Event Center and the 3rd
Grand Finale round will be organized at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
The details about each stage are mentioned below:





o Stage 1 (Training round to be held at Event Center):

Training will be held at Event Centers pan India. The details of the Event Centers
and training content will be available on our website and also will be provided on
request.
During the training, a respective kit will be provided in a group of 4-5 members.
The duration of the training will be two consecutive days (6-8 hrs/per day).
The Training will be delivered by Times Globacom (P) Ltd.
All the participants who want to participate in TECHNOXIAN are required to
attend the training at any event enter.
Every participant will receive a Certificate of Participation and the coordinators
will receive Certificate of Coordination from TGPL in Association with E-Cell, IIT
Delhi.








o Stage 2 (Competition to be held at Event Center):

Just after the training, a competition (Prelims Round) of TECHNOXIAN will be
organized at the Event Center among the students who have participated in the
training.
Winners of the Zonal round will be awarded by Certificate of Merit, and will be
invited for the participating in final round which will be held in Feb-March-2015
at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.


o Stage 3 (Final Round to be held at IIT-Delhi):

Winner of all Zonal Centers would be invited to participate in the Final Round of
TECHNOXIAN at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in the month of Feb-March,
2015.
Winners of the final round will get TECHNOXIAN Championship and will be
awarded and honored by Times Globacom Pvt. Ltd. & E-cell IIT Delhi.
A Certificate of Excellence will also be awarded to the winning Teams.
Winner of TECHNOXIAN will get Job Offer, Cash Prize (Up To Rs. 1 Lakh)
Goodies, Training/Internship Offer.




PROCESS GUIDELINE:

We want your association to make this event a huge success at your zonal
center.
A proper publicity will be done at national level.
Date of workshop can be finalized by telephonic conversation with our
executives, according to the college feasibility and slots available in our calendar.














BENEFITS OF ASSOCIATION WITH US:

Associate with an Event in association with E-cell, IIT Delhi and Name and logo
including website link will be published on our official website mentioning that
you as our Official Event Center.
Our TGPL official team will visit in you college to organize the entire event.
Chance to get associated with nationally acclaimed engineering institute of India.
An E-mail will be sent to more than 1 lakh and users of our web partners for your
college publicity as a host of the event.
Poster and Flexes will be sent to you for effective regional publicity.
All India publicity through SMS will also be done.
Certification by national bodies and the name of E-cell, IIT Delhi on it.



CERTIFICATION POLICY:

All the certificates that would be provided would bear the name of E-Cell, Indian
Institute of Technology, Delhi and this would be national certification from:

AICRA (All India Council For Robotics & Automation)

Certificate of Participation to all those students who will participate in the
training session Certificate of Faculty Co-ordination to the faculty coordinator.
Certificate of Student Co-ordination to the student coordinator.
Certificate of Merit to the winners teams.

All above Certification are certified by Times Globacom (P) Ltd. in association
with E-cell IIT-Delhi.



BASIC REQUIREMENT DURING THE WORKSHOP:

One Projector connected to a system / laptop.
Sound System with 2 Cordless microphone.
Computer systems for the students for hand on exercise (optional).
Seminar hall/class room having enough capacity to conduct hand on session for all
participants.





RESPONSBILITY OF AN ORGANIZER:

Hospitality (Food & Lodging) for 2-3 days for a team of 2-3 members.
Pick and drop facility from the nearest railway station / bus Stop / Airport.


DURATION OF THE TRAINING:

The duration of the workshop is of 2 consecutive days (flexible per host requirements), Total
10-14 hour session, properly divided in to theory and hand-on session.

FEES:

There is no training fee for the participant of the event.
For engineering college/institutes/universities: A non-refundable fee of Rs.1500. per
participant.
For school: A non-refundable fee of Rs.1250. per participant , will be charged by TGPL as
operational charges for the duration of 2 days,will be charged by TGPL as operational charges

Note:
A free training kit will be providing in a group of 4-5 student.

All engineering, science, MBA, PhD students and hobbyist of the respective training module can
