historical basis, following her instructions and based on the information,
documentations and other data supplied. The information presented in that
financial statement is the responsibility of DORA HILDA CARRERO PEREZ.

My preparation commitment is limited to the presentation of financial statements
with the information provided by DORA HILDA CARRERO PEREZ without
assessment and verification procedures.

The Statement of Accounting Principles N 10 (DPC-10) issued by the
Venezuelan Federation of Public Accountants requires the presentation of
financial statements in updated figures due to inflation, therefore the lack of
recognition of the effects of inflation in the attached financial statements do not
conform with accounting principles generally accepted in Venezuela.

Concerning natural persons is wide-spread practice not to keep accounting
records that insure all the assets and liabilities, likewise the appraisal of
property, in many instances is presented at a different value than the cost of
acquisition. I have not audit or review unstintingly the financial statements of
DORA HILDA CARRERO PEREZ, therefore I express no opinion concerning
them.
