- The learning contents in the session plan are based on the learning outcomes.
In identifying the learning contents we must consider:

- The sequencing of the learning events must be based on the HEIRARCHY OF LEARNING.

13. When is observation method more appropriate than demonstration method?
- Observation method is appropriate when you need to observe the performance of the
skill on the actual job site whereas demonstration method is appropriate when you only
ask the trainee to perform a task then you evaluate.

14. How do you plan for trainees with different learning styles?
- Give them activities which will be fitted to the kind of learning styles they preferred

15. What will you do if a trainee claims that he has evidences that show his competence on
most of the competencies of the qualification he is training on?
- By identifying the training gaps of the trainee and the units of competency through
certificates from his/her previous employer

- Using the session plan you can see the required skills practice for the trainees

17. When can you conclude that a trainee is competent?(four dimensions of competency)
- Through assessments you can conclude if the trainee is competent:

18. How do you ensure the validity / reliability of your test items?
- To ensure the validity/reliability of the test items we must consider the factors in
developing the questions

19. When preparing your shop layout, how do you plan for the safety of your trainees?
- In preparing the shop layout it is important to plan the safety of the trainees. To ensure
the safety of the trainees we can follow the correct building code form the BFP and we can
also put first aid kits inside the workshop and most importantly follow the Training
Regulations required on a qualification.
