Fashion Walk Dine & Shine 2014 - Terms and Conditions

1. Fashion Walk Dine & Shine 2014 ("Event") is organized by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited ("Organizer").
2. Shoppers must present one single receipt with spending over HK$500 at Fashion Walk or Hang Lung Centre during the
promotion period for the redemption of Fashion Walk Dine & Shine 2014 admission ticket.
3. Citibank I.T Visa Cardholder, I.T VIP members and invited guests are entitled to the free entry to our event by
registration online before event date with VIP Code. Those customers shall present their credit card or identity proof
together with confirmation email for registration.
4. Walk-in quota is only applied to Citibank I.T Visa Cardholder, I.T VIP members and invited guests only. Those guests
are entitled to the free entry to our event but subject to the full discretion of the Organizer.
5. Limited quota applies; registration is available on a first-come-first-served basis but subject to the full discretion of the
Organizer in respect of guest admission given business and practical considerations as permissible under law.
6. All successful registrants will receive a confirmation email. Participant must present a hardcopy of the confirmation email
at Fashion Walk Causeway Bay on the Event day. Each valid confirmation email can only be used once.
7. Participant with a valid hardcopy of the confirmation email will receive ONE Fashion Walk Community Card and ONE
limited edition Fashion Walk x Jeremyville tote bag upon registration. Hardcopy of Fashion Walk Community Card
will not be re-issued in case of loss or damaged.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the list of participating outlets, including but not limited to Dining, Shopping
and Lifestyle shops, without prior notice.
9. Participant must present the Fashion Walk Community Card at participating outlets and booths in order to enjoy
complimentary food or wine tasting. Participating outlets reserve their sole discretion on admission, serving
complimentary food or wine and all issues in relation to the Event.
10. Pre-registration is required for workshops. Participant can join the workshops by presenting the valid Fashion Walk
Community Card and pay the non-refundable workshop fees if any.
11. Participant is entitled to ONE fashion photo shoot / flip book only, limited quota applies, available on a
first-come-first-served basis.
12. All photos taken by the Organizer on the event days will be used for post-event coverage and other publicity purposes,
including but not limited to posting on Fashion Walk's Facebook Fan Page, Weibo, Instagram, and Websites. In this
connection, participant in the photo-taking booth agree that: (i) he/she consents to the Organizer using his/her photo(s) for
post-event coverage and posting, including but not limited to social media on Fashion Walk's Facebook and Instagram
Fan Page and any other related purposes as the Organizer wishes (collectively the "Purposes"); (ii) all the intellectual
property and/or related rights in such photo(s) shall be solely owned by the Organizer; (iii) if s/he has any rights in such
photo(s), he/she hereby assigns absolutely and in perpetuity to the Organizer all such rights and, if applicable, waives all
of his/her moral rights (if any) in the same; and (iv) s/he authorizes any and all of his/her personal data (such as name and
phone number) which the Organizer collects in the course of or in connection with such photo-taking to be used by the
Organizer for the Purposes. If you do not consent to the Organizer using your photo(s) and/or personal data as stated
above, you should not participate in the fashion photo shoot.
13. In the event of adverse weather, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black or Red Rainstorm warning, or
anticipation of any likelihood thereof by the Organizer, the Event will be terminated or, if it has not yet commenced, be
re-scheduled to other date as the Organizer may announce. There will be no refund under any circumstances (even if there
is no adverse weather, Tropical Cyclone or Rainstorm as anticipated on the original Event day). Details of re-scheduling
(if any) will be announced on Fashion Walk webpage taste.fashionwalk.com.hk/promotions before the Event day or 12:00

n.n. on the Event day. Any participant that has paid for the original Event (which is to be re-scheduled) can have such
payments be transferred for use at the re-scheduled Event.
14. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to purchase or consume alcohol. Participant is required to drink responsibly.
Any person who is considered intoxicated, or whose behavior is potentially hazardous, subject to the discretion of the
Organizer, will be removed from the venue. Valid ID (ID card/passport) must be presented upon request.
15. The Organizer is not the food and beverages supplier or the services or goods provider under the Event; and the Organizer
shall not be concerned with or responsible for any complaints, disputes and/or liabilities in relation thereto. Offers of food
and wine, and other services and/or goods under the Event and all issues related thereto are subject to the participating
outlets' final decision. The Event will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the Event day. Participants are required to
leave the participating outlets after 7:00 p.m. immediately if so requested by the participating outlets.
16. Participation in the Event is at participant's own risk. The Organizer accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury
incurred, to the extent permissible under law.
17. Participant hereby warrants that (a) Participant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the participation
of the Event; (b) Participant shall act reasonably and sensibly in the participation of the Event; (c) Participant shall
comply with all terms and conditions herein and all instructions given by the staff of the Organizer from time to time
during the Event. Participant shall keep the Organizer fully indemnified and hold both of them harmless from any claims,
losses or damages whatsoever resulting from or in relation to the breach of the participant's warranties herein or any
misconduct, negligence, defaulting act or omission on the part of the participant.
18. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to set, amend, reschedule, withdraw and/or terminate the Event and/or any terms,
conditions, offers and/or other details thereof without prior notice. In any case of dispute, the decision of the Organizer
will be final and conclusive.
