Holiday Chocolate Fudge


Supplies and Ingredients
Yield: 1 – 8” pan of Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
• 9 ea. (18 oz) DCD Chef Series Dark Chocolate bars,
chopped or 2 1/3 cups DCD Single Origin Baking Bits
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed whole milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
• 1 sheet DCD Parchment Paper

Directions:
1) Cut parchment paper in half, width wise. Fold each half
and fit into an 8” square baking pan, allowing the excess
paper to overhang the pan sides.
2) In a microwave-safe bowl, toss chocolate, baking soda,
and salt until evenly distributed. Pour in sweetened ~Chef’s Tip~
