Bridge.

1.1. &rere'uisite
In order to com$lete the login $rocess you should have the conference bridge login name and
$ass#ord.
The login name is derived from the conference bridge e%tension as follo#s: if the conference bridge
e%tension is &&'00" the login name is cb&&'00. The leading (cb) stands for Conference Bridge.
The $ass#ord format is 1*+,-e%tension as follo#s: If the conference bridge e%tension is &&'00" then
the $ass#ord is 1*+,&&'00.
.. /lease note this account information is only used to access the conference bridge account via the
#ebsite" not for actual conference bridge access.
1.(. Accessing the )ebsite
To access the conference bridge account via a #eb bro#ser" navigate to:

To login into the #eb$age enter your conference bridge login name and $ass#ord in the a$$ro$riate
bo%es.

This section contains information related to the online administration of the conference bridge0s1
assigned to you for administration and management.

The #eb$age $resents 2 individual tabs centered in the middle of the u$$er $ortion of the
#eb$age.

u$on successful login. On the left side of the $age" you #ill see four folders:

o Conference 3 This is #here the audio of the conference recordings #ill be stored.

o 4aved 3 4elf 5%$lanatory
6y Information 3 This section contains information related the login account. There are 7
sections accessed on the left:
o Contact Information 3 unused at this time. Initial vie# u$on access

o Conferences 3 This section is #here you access the administration $ro$erties of the
conference assigned.

This initial vie# u$on successful login is of the oicemail tab as seen in the figure belo#:

To access the conference recordings from the initial vie# follo# these ste$s:
1. Click on the (Conference) folder on the left hand side of the #eb $age
*. 4elect a recording from the list.
0if there are no recordings $resent" there are no recordings available for this conference
bridge1

4elect the recording you #ish to change. 8$on this selection" you #ill be $resented #ith an
o$$ortunity to change the name of this recording to something more meaningful.

To listen to the conference recordings from the #eb$age" you need to access the #eb$age0s1
using a su$$orted bro#ser.

<t this time Internet 5%$lorer is not su$$orted for #eb $layback.
Click on the small triangle in the right hand column of the conference recording you #ill to
hear. This enables the #eb audio $layer. >rom here you can listen" re#ind" and advance the
audio.

To save the conference recording locally on the /C" you must do#nload it from the #eb$age.
?ight click on the audio $layer from the $revious ste$" select (save audio as).
>rom the #indo# that $o$ u$s" select a destination location" and give the file a meaningful
name.
(.3. "eleting Conference .ecordings

In order to maintain ade@uate s$ace and server $erformance" conference recordings #ill
automatically be deleted after 1, days.
To delete conference recordings manually:
o 4elect the recordings you #ish to delete by checking the small bo% on the left of each
recording
o 8nder the list of conferences" there is a small bo% #ith the (6ore <ctions) in it" select
the arro# ne%t to this bo%
o 4elect (6ove to Trash).
o Aavigate to the (Trash) folder on the left hand side of the #eb$age
o 4elect the recordings to delete using the check bo%es" or select the to$ most check
bo% to select all recordings.
o Click (OB) in the $o$ u$ #indo#.
