The engine is installd with digital & intellectual machine-side & remote monitoring instruments to facilitate
operation,monitoring & automatic protection of the diesel engine and effectively ensure safe operation of the
engine.
It is used as the ideal main machine for powering speedboats,cargo ships and fishery vessels and as the ancillary
machine for 150-200kw GEN-SETS.

The engine reliability is developed by adopting the European AVL technology and mechanical program in a deep &
broad sense,The overhaul period is more than 12,000 hours;
Indexes such as the mean effective pressure,per liter power etc.are taking the lead at home;
The engine uses the top-class P type pump,low-inertia&small-orifice P type fuel injector and Honeywell new
type turbocharger and so its specific fuel consumption is much better than other products the same power category
at home;
YuChai particular piston ring seal technology and valve oil seal technology reduce lubrication oil consumption by
more than 50% compared with products of the same power category at home;
The engine uses the 42CrMo forged steel crankshaft under high-pressure ,and high-frequency quenched journals
and rolled fillets to improve fatigue strength and wear resistance,Crankshaft front end is able to uotput the torque
more than 900N.m;
