Reliance Tech Services (RTS)
Role : Java Developer
Duration : August 2012 Till Date
Currently working with Reliance Tech Services, as a Java Developer for handling VAS
Applications. Task of creating as well as maintaining VAS applications handled successfully.
TASK HANDLED :
Upgrading Reliance Tune Management System for providing Caller Tune services to
RCOM users.
Deployment of around 35 Mobile games for CDMA Handset on Websphere 6.1
server.
Redesigning of billpayment application RBillPayment, used for payment of mobile
bills via credit card.
Created an application Smart Campaign for wap Push.
Currently designing a community discussion forum for RCom users.
[PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN]
#1 Upgrading Reliance Tune Management System
Reliance Tune Management System (RTMS) provided RCOM user with the Caller Tune
services. Any RCOM user when requested for a caller tune, it was RTMSs job to create the
request. The new version asked user for its consent, via SMS, before charging them for any
service. The request was fulfilled only after the user responded with a positive SMS. RTMS
Admin portal is developed for add,update,delete and view the Master table,Check logs
daily,weekly,Monthly,View and refresh the cache.
Role:
Was responsible for the creation of the module for identifying the type of request & send
SMS to the user, with all the details, & process the response of user. Also have done
deployment & unit testing of the application.Developed MISGraph for analysis the result.
Software Used:
Front End : JSP, Servlets & Java Classes,struts,hibernate
Back End : Oracle 10g (Toad 9).

#2 RBILLPAYMENT
The Application is used for payment of mobile bills via credit card through IVR. The
application connects to the CITI Banks Payment Gateway via SSL Connection (HTTPS).
Role:
Was solely responsible for coding of the application. Developed a scheduler which retries for
the failed settlement requests. Also deployed the application & was responsible for unit
testing of the application.

The application is developed for community forum. User can post, view, reply, comment his
ideas.
