2. Subclass 190 (Skilled Sponsored Visa)

Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189)
The Valid period of this visa is 5 years
If the client stay for 3 years-liable to apply for Citizenship
Enjoy dual Citizenship
Work for Australia as well as New Zealand

Eligibility:
Must secure 60 points
IELTS 7 in Individual, 6 workable, spouse must also score 4.5 to 5
If in IELTS in individual is 6.0 then the score is 0(zero), if it is 7.0 then it is 10, so If in
evaluation the points is more than 60 (like 70/80), then IELTS is 6 by that time the
evaluation marks added to IELTS and make it has eligible, or in evaluation marks is
below 60 the IELTS is 7.0/8.0 is added to IRR marks & make it as eligible, but both is
efficient then it will be rejected
Age limit is below 45 years
Must have minimum work experience of 4 years
15 years of Education
For E.g.:
a. if a client educated in IT & experience completely relating to the education
domain 4 years work experience required
b. if a client educated in IT & Employment is closely related 6 years
experience required
c. if a client educated in IT & Employment is entirely different 8 years
experience required


Financial Sufficiency:
No need of showing any financial requirement
Skilled Sponsored Visa (Subclass 190)
The Valid period of this visa is 4 years
If the client stay for 3 years-liable to apply for Citizenship
Enjoy dual Citizenship
Have restriction for 2 years i.e., need to work for particular state, but can swap for
job as client wish then after two years, can work for Australia and New Zealand
Eligibility:
Eligibility is same as Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189)

Financial Sufficiency:
10 15 lakhs must be shown
4 6 lakhs in liquid cash
Rest must be property
