Cheat Codes (client)

The following codes will work on the single player retail version of the game, a
nd only on a saved game. They do not work in the demo or multi-player games. Edi
t your Windows 9x/ME Desktop Shortcut for the game and change the "Target" field
to:
"C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\WolfSP.exe" +set sv_cheats 1
If using Windows XP, right click on the single play shortcut. On the "Command Li
ne", make sure the command line is in quotes and add +set sv_cheats after two sp
aces, so it resembles:
"drive:\path\folder\WolfSP.exe" +set sv_cheats 1
Notice that there are two spaces between the last " and the + in the Windows XP
shortcut.
Edit the path as necessary if you installed the game to another location. Start
the game. While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Enter o
ne of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:

No clipping mode /noclip
All weapons and ammunition /give all
Armor /give armor
Full ammunition for current weapons /give ammo
Health /give health
Stamina /give stamina
Spawn indicated item /give [item name]

Display current map name /mapname
List maps /dir maps
Advance to indicated map /spdevmap or /devmap [map name]
Show all commands /cmdlist
Reconnect to last server /reconnect
Suicide /kill
Exit game /quit
Show current server settings /serverinfo
Toggle between windowed and full
screen; Restart game when changed /toggle r_fullscreen
Toggle compass display /toggle cg_drawcompass
Toggle HUD display /toggle cg_draw2d
Toggle old Wolfenstein HUD /cg_uselessnostalgia [0 or 1]
Toggle frame rate display /toggle cg_drawfps
Toggle gibs /toggle cg_gibs
Toggle team overlays /toggle cg_drawteamoverlay
Change field of view /cg_FOV [number]
Show time left /toggle cg_drawtimer
Cheat Codes (server)
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Enter one of the
following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Reset map /map restart
Kick player from the server /kick [player name]
Toggle friendly fire /g_friendlyFire [0 or 1]
Force even teams /g_forcebalance
Set maximum players that can connect /sv_maxclients [number]
Set time limit /timelimit [number]
Set warm up time in seconds /g_warmup [number]
Set gravity; lower is less gravity /g_gravity [number]#
Set movement; lower is slower /g_speed [number]#
Change name
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Enter "/name [val
ue]" to change the player's name and color. To change colors, include one of the
following entries.
^1: Red ^2: Green ^3: Yellow ^4: Blue ^5: Light Blue ^6: Pink ^7: White ^8: Blac
k ^9: Red
For example, to change your name to "AmericaTheBeautiful" in red, white, and blu
e, enter "/name ^1America^7The^4Beautiful".
Item names
Use one of the following values with the "/give [item name]" code.

Use one of the following values with the "/spdevmap [map name]" or "/devmap [map
