Hi,
I need to add "International Zero" tax code for customer sites in countries other than US
in Order Management Super User responsibility --> Customer --> Standard menu. But I
was not able to add the tax code at the customer level as it is greyed out and cannot be
updated. There is no option in the customer site level as well. Please let me know how
to include the tax code at customer site level.

Not sure what tax method you are using, but Tax Codes are to be set at the address
level mostly because Tax Jurisdictons are controlled at the address level.
Query your customer Customers --> Standard > Addresses tab click Open. Then under
the Business Purposes Tab for probably the Billing, again not sure your business
processes, click the Open button. On the Business Purposes form is the Tax Code
field where you can enter your International Zero Tax Code. Save and you are done.
