1. Open your web browser, type in address bar : lllnutrition.com

3. In LLL Life Long Learning Programme, Free Option, Click Subscribe Now

4. If you do not have an account with ESPEN or LLL yet, click on register. If
you already have an account, please proceed to page 10.

5. Fill in your information. Keep note of your username and passwork. Click
on Next when youre done.

6. Fill in your information then click on Register

7. In the next step, you have the option to add your own picture.
If you wish to change your picture, click on Choose File or Pilih File,
choose your picture and then click Upload
If you do not wish to upload your picture, click on Skip (marked by red
circle)

8. An invoice for your free registration will be displayed. You do not need to pay for
Free registration. You may save the invoice if you wish. Click on Home to login
when youre done. You are now registered.

9. An email will be sent to the email address you use for registration. If you do not
see the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Keep this email in case you forgot your username of password in the future.

10. Login using the username (not email) and password you have created just now.

11. Once youve loged in, click on LLL on upper right corner

12. Once youve loged in, move your mouse pointer to LLL on the upper right side.
Two more options will shows up, click on Go to LLLnutrition.com

14. Click on your course topic. If you dont find the topic, try clicking on Page 2.

15. After youve clicked on your topic, click on Enrol me

16. You can find the reading material in Modules section. Click on the link to view
the material.

17. Click on one of contents link to view. Some modules have Printable version and
hand-out slides that you can use, but not all modules have this option.
