1. Chairpersons welcoming speech
The chairperson welcomed and thanked all the English language
teachers for attending the 2
nd
meeting of the English panel. She hoped
that all the teachers could propose as much effort to enhance the
students use of English through speaking.

2. Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes
All teachers read through the previous minutes and Pn. Rafidah, while
seconded by Pn. Salina, approved it.

3. Matters Arising
3.1 PPPA Examination
3.1.1 Year 6 pupils have sat for the exam and teachers in-charged
have to take action for further improvement. Whole result is
still under inspection of the evaluation unit.

3.2 Morning Presentation (Assembly)
3.2.1 All levels of pupils are given chances to present readings,
dialogues, conversation, songs and other activities during
the morning assembly.

4.1.3 The participants are from Year 3 to Year 6 students.


4.2 Native Speaker Programme
4.2.1 New Mentor, Mr. Brett Myers from Australia is responsible
for this programme this year, which involved pupils from
Year 1 to Year 3.

4.2.2 Mr. Brett Myers will send his date of attendance via emails to
our Senior Assistant, En. Mohd Zubaidi b. Sulaiman.

4.3 Year 6 Enrichment Programme
4.3.1 Teachers are enhancing students resources through NIE
(DIDIK) and materials from magazines. It is hoped to widen
pupils knowledge and vary their activities of learning.



4.4 MBMMBI Programme
4.4.1 The panel is running over the programme through several
activities. Preparation towards English Garden is highlighted
by the assistance of the trainee teachers from IPG Tengku
Bainun Campus in their period of teaching practicum.

5. Other Matters
5.1 PCG Orders
5.1.1 The head of panel had announced on the PCG goods
received.
5.1.2 The whole package is placed in the SAL room for its safety.
Teaches are welcomed to use the materials for a practical
purpose of teaching and learning activities.
