Auto Fill Member Data into Registration Form

You can set up your DT Register to auto fill member information into your Event Registration forms if the
members log into the website.
This is a one time configuration to integrate DT Register into Community Builder to grab member
information. Below are the instructions to set this configuration up.

DT Register Configuration Settings
Login to Back End Administrative area: http://www.yourchapter.org/administrator
1. Go to : Components | DT Register
2. Click on Configuration
3. Click on General Tab
a. View on profile data - YES - Choose yes when you want the form fields auto-populated
4. Click on Save button.

Community Builder Integration
This will pull members home address information from the DEP. So if their address is wrong, they will
have to go fix it on www.pmi.org. PRODEP must be working first.
1. Go to: Community Builder | Configuration
a. On the General tab
i. Name Style: First & Last Name Field
ii. Click on Save
2. Go to: Community Builder |Field Management
a. Find the Firstname and Lastname fields and check that they are published.
b. If they are not published, contact Proteon.
3. Go to : DTRegister | Configuration
4. On General Tab
a. User Profile Integration: Choose Community Builder
b. View Only Profile Data: Choose No
c. Click on Save Button
5. On Profile Sync Tab
This step allows you to map the Community Builder field to the DT Register fields. By
selecting the generic address fields (vs. waddress and haddress) you are choosing the
preferred fields.
d. Note: Title (Mrs. vs. Mrs) and State (abbreviation vs. full names) won't match and
auto populate .

e. firstname - Select firstname
f. lastname - Select lastname
g. Email - Select Email
h. cb_prodep_address1 - Select address - (This points to the home address in the
DEP)
i. cb_prodep_address2 - select address2
j. cb_prodep_city - select city
k. cb_prodep_state - select state - (State may not work ie. NV vs. Nevada, different
formats)
l. cb_prodep_zip - select zip
m. cb_prodep_country - select country
n. cb_prodep_phone - select phone
o. Click Save

To add PMI Number as a sync field:
1. Go to Components | Community Builder | Field Management
2. make sure Cb_prodep_depid is published
3. Go to DT Register | Configuration | Fields
a. Click on New button (to add new field)
b. Name it PMINumber, enter PMInumber in email tag
c. Label it PMI Number
d. Publish - yes
e. Apply change fee - no
f. Hidden - no
g. Include in [all-fields) email tag = yes
h. listing options - backend only
i. All events - yes
j. show both
k. required = no (guests won't have a pmi number)
l. group = each member
m. click on Save
4. Go to DT Register | Configuration | Profile Sync
a. Find cb_prodep_depid and select PMINumber
b. Click on Save
