Starting from slide number 3 -

We have the Summary

Well.. as per our Trend analysis (which I shared in our Last MOR) we were expect
ing less request in the month of February (as since last 3 years we are having l
ess work in February compared to other months)
So in Accomplishments we've completed 4 January VTMs
Apart from this fortunately we didn't faced any Challenges or Escalations
--------------------------------------------------------
Next we have -
our CATE Engineering Dashboard so this month we worked on 12 requests and out of
which we managed to complete 6
In February month, we have not received any VTMs so no MTR were filed.
We have not received any other engineering task as well.
Now on Slide number 4 we have Work Summary -
So this month we've subbmitted 2 requests
Microsoft Office 2010 & its Configuration Pack.
We've performed UAT on -
4 Jan VTMs
Microsoft One Note Sync Interval
SP2 of Visio and Project 2010
&
Outlook PST Disable growth
And as the UAT for 4 Jan VTMs was completed successfully - We've prepared Releas
e note fo the same.
Next we have the Follow-up slide
So we followed up with Integration Testing Team for 4 Jan VTMs
Next Slide we have the CMP Work Summary -
So if you'll see on slide number 10 we have the request which we've submitted in
the month of October which was for Office 2010 but since we found bug in it - w
e've canceled the request.
Next we have November month's request -
We had only 1 request pending which was Putlook PST disable request which is now
in production on 27th Feb.
Next the requests for the month of December -
We had 2 requests - SP2 for Project and Visio 2010 - Both the requests are in UA
T till Feb. Since we had some issue in getting Thin app environment this request
got delayed but now (in the month of March) the request is in Production.
Next in January month's CMP detailed slide -
We have 6 requests and out of which 5 requests are available in Production. Wher
e 4 are Jan VTMs and 1 request is One Note Sync.
1 request got canceled as later we got some updates from Microsoft that this VTM
is not required.
Last we have the requests which we've submitted in the month of February.
So there are 2 requests Microsoft Office 2010 and its Configuration pack where t
he base package is still in Packaging and the Config pack is available in UAT.
Next we have the CMP requests count -
We worked on 12 CMP requests
Out of which
1 is still in packaging
3 are available in UAT
2 requests got cancelled
&
6 are available in Production.
This was all about February month
Next slide we have the Snapshot of our Last MOR
so as we all can see - we worked on 48 requests out of which we completed 35.
Also we have received 16 VTMs.
Thats it from my end. Anyone would like to share their thoughts / suggestion or
feedback ?
