Article I Name
The name of this club shall be Liberty 4-H club.
Article II Purpose
The purposes of this club are to develop leadership, cooperation, and socialization.
Also the club will encourage the education of its members in a wide range of topics and
improve their speaing and performance abilities. !urthermore, this club will help
members become active, productive members of the community.
Article III Membership
Section 1. A club member must be at least " years old and may continue in the
4-H club through the ne#t 4-H year following their graduation from high school.
$indergarten through second graders are enrolled as %loverbuds.
Section 2. &pen to any youth within grade parameter ' regardless of the person(s
race, color, creed, religion, se#, national origin, disability, ancestry, se#ual orientation,
pregnancy, marital or parental status.
Section 3. The following re)uirements must be met to be officially recognized as a 4-H
club in Taylor %ounty, *isconsin.

Article I O!!icers
The officers of this club shall be a president, vice-president, secretary, treasures, and
reporter6historian. &fficers shall meet the following re)uirements.

Article Amen"ments
The constitution may be amended by a ,6- ma9ority vote of the total membership at any
regular meeting, provided that notice of such amendments shall have been given at a
previous meeting. A minimum of +: members must be present at such meeting to vote
on an amendment.
Article I Club #ea"ership
The club shall be under the direction and guidance of local club leader;s<. &pen to all
adults regardless of that person(s race, color, creed, religion, se#, national origin,
disability, ancestry, age, se#ual orientation, pregnancy, martial or parental status. All
adult volunteers are re)uired to participate in the *isconsin 4-H .outh /rotection
/rogram. There shall be such assistant leasers, pro9ect leaders and youth leaders as
are needed to properly advise and assist in carrying on the various pro9ects and in
conduction the club program.
Article II $issolution Clause
This 4-H club may be dissolved by a ,6-ma9ority vote of the total membership at a
properly called meeting, provided that notice of such dissolution vote shall have been
given at a previous regular meeting. A minimum of +: members must be present at such
meeting to vote on dissolution. 4hould the 4-H club dissolve= any remaining assets will
be transferred to the Taylor %ounty 4-H !air 8oard.

Article I )lection o! O!!icers
Section 1. This club shall tae nominations during the 4eptember meeting or members
shall otherwise inform a club leader prior of what position they are interested in.
Section 2. &fficers shall be elected by ballot at the &ctober meeting.
Section 3. All members are eligible to vote.
Section *. Ties of election of office are to be broen by flipping a coin
Section +. >f the president can not fulfill their term, the ?ice /resident shall become the
/resident. !or other positions, the person who received the ,

from the original ballots shall assume the office.
Article II $uties o! O!!icers
The president shall preside at all club meetings. >n the absence of the president, the
vice- president shall preside. The secretary shall eep a record of all proceedings of the
club. The treasurer shall receive and tae care of all money belonging to the club and
shall pay it out upon order of the president and shall eep an accurate record of all
money received and paid. The club reporter will serve as public relations officer and
shall prepare news reports of the club(s meeting and activities and send thing to the
local papers as occasion demands.

The regular meetings of this club will be held at Little 8lac Town Hall on the ,

Annually, The Liberty 4-H club will submit the !inancial Audit Aeport and 4-H %lub
%alendar to the 5*-0#tension &ffice. &fficers and leaders shall complete this 9ointly.
Article III A""itional Club Policies
Section 1. 0ach member must pay B4.:: to the club each year to cover enrollment
fees.
Section 2. >n order for a member to maintain Cmember in good standingD status with
Liberty 4-H club, they must attend a minimum - club activities during the +-year period
