1. Composition

Standard mechanical support

Zinc plated low-carbon steel, for cold forming, type DX51D Z100 (ex Fe P02 GZ100) (UNI EN
10327 : Nov 2004).

1.2 Covering

Polyester resin based paint with high mechanical and chemical resistance. The structures are
different on the basis of the required aesthetic necessities.

1.3 By request

Primer on the second side to allow the polyurethane foam to adhere to the metallic
support (YES)
Same covering thickness on both the sides (NO)
Self-adhesive film for temporary preservation (NO)
- Kind of film: low-density polyethylene with Anti-UV Treatment
- Maximum exposure time on the outside: 3 months
- Standard thickness: 50
- Standard colour: transparent neutral
- Adhesive: acrylic (water-based)
