Analyst: Class Action Litigation and Proxy Voting September 1998 through June,
2007
Class Action Responsibilities: Determine the eligibility of clients participating in particular class
actions and document criteria meeting requirements for litigation. Prepare multiple class actions
for different securities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients. Establish eligibility of
accounts by investigating purchases, sales, positions held at open and close of class period,
splits, mergers, and any litigation influencing activity. Prepare and distribute Proof of Claim forms
and related documentation to clients. Regularly respond to questions and requests concerning
litigation from Money Managers and their assistants.
Train, mentor 3-4 individuals for any questions they may have, solve problems making sure the

Proxy Voting Responsibilities: Responsible for the proxy department. Ensure extensive voting
during April to June, proxy voting season, is run smooth and accurate. Answer questions
pertaining to voting procedures both domestic and international. Attend seminars regarding proxy
rules and regulations and report any changes to SVP. Provide international clients with agenda
for meetings as well as positions held at Bank of New York and Euroclear as of record date and
guarantee that all voting’s are submitted prior to the voting deadline so that each client’s vote is
counted. Troubleshoot issues with ADP concerning reporting issues, ProxyEdge errors and any
questions which may arise. Coordinate with Institutional Shareholder Services to ensure
proposals meet Neuberger guidelines. Ensure the receipt of statistical quarterly reports
requested by money managers. Serve as a liaison to ADP and ISS. Train employees in all
aspects of proxy voting functions.
