ALLAH. The beneficent, the most merciful and most compassionate Who created man and

with nice guidance of our respectable advisor named Mr. Khuram Faisal Jamal. Along with
guidance of our teachers. I really thankful to the firm Baby Master the baby dippers
manufacturer Industries Private Limited Gujranwala-Pakistan (Z$J hygienic Pvt. Ltd.)
especially the operation director named Mr. Faisal and his coordinator Mr. Asif who become
for me as a source of knowledge and information. Words are lacking to express my humble

Introduction:
Z&J is a company which is the manufacturer of baby dippers in Pakistan. The founder of this
company is Mr. Javed Ahmad Shaik. Baby master is a company of master group in Gujranwala.
baby master producing three type of quality products. Top quality is baby master which have the
good material and the high cost from other products. The second product is happy nappy which
is lower in quality wise and in price wise from the baby master. And the third product is pearl
ultra which have the lower quality from other two products. In the dipper market of Pakistan
baby master is very strong and have a high sale.

History:
Z&J Hygienic Products (Pvt.) Limited was established in year 2000 with the aim of providing
high quality products to customers looking for value. As the owners/top management of the
company carries a long history of experience in different industries& products, the management
decided to provide a consumer product, which was not previously being manufactured in
Pakistan. Therefore, Z&J is proud to be the first Pakistani company to pioneer in Baby Diaper
manufacturing. Now Z&J is selling its dippers in all over the Pakistan and competing with the
competitors who are providing the same product butt Z&J differentiate itself from others by
quality.

Nature of the organization

Z&J is a manufacturing company which is manufacturing the baby dippers in Pakistan having a
large market. In manufacturing the dippers the company have 3 types of quality 1

one is baby
master which is the top quality and 2
nd
is the hapy napi which have the lower quality from baby
master. On the third quality there is pearl ultra which is the lower quality which the company is
producing. Over all its a manufacturing company.

Business volume:

The business of Z&J is in all over the Pakistan. The baby master dippers targeted the whole
market of dippers. From the start in 2000 to till the baby master selling its dippers on a huge
level.

Number of employees:

In Z&J the manufacturing process works in shift wise so there are three shifts. 1

shift start from
the 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and the second shift start from 4:00 pm to 12:00am, and the last shift
which starts from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. There is the same process of manufacturing in the
organization when 1
st
shift is over then the person which is on duty in next shift handle the
process. Over all the number of employees in the Z&J is more the 1100.

Ratio analysis

There are many ratios that can be calculated from the financial statements pertaining to a
company's performance, activity, financing and liquidity. Some common ratios include the price-
earnings ratio, debt-equity ratio, earnings per share, asset turnover and working capital.

Marketting strategy

Marketting strategy of Z&J is not new type. They did not advertise more to gain sale of the
products.

Major competitors of the organization:
Pemper:

The main competitior of the babya master is pemper. Baby master is competing with pemper and
ist sale is not equlent to pemper. If we see the price of both then the baby master is cheaper and
the market voulum is also. And on the other hand pemper is a little expensive from baby master
and it marlet volum is higher, the main thing in the pemper is the quality pemper is quality wise
higer then baby master.

Success and failure:

Success :

The most successful product of the Z&J is baby master dippers, because it is good in use and the
availibility of baby master is also a key in the success of the baby master. One another thing of
the baby master is the price. The price of baby master is very competitive and cheap.

Failure :

the one products of the Z&J is pearl ultra. The sale of pearl ultra is not properly meeting its
expenses. So it is the failure for the company that its product is not selling in the market. The
reason of the failure of the pearl ultra is the lower quality. Peral ultra is lower quality product of
the company and the price of it is very cheaper.
HR policies:

The HR policies of the Z&J is not on the standareds. They company did not defined the policies
to trained the employees. When a candidate is apointed then hen have to fill a single HR fom in
which a detailed information is asked, all the academic information, family information, and all
the personal information is asked from the candidiate. The HR fom is prepared by the HR
exective and assinged by the CEO of the company.

Future prospect of the organization:

In the future the Z&J want to be the best dipper manufacturer in the paskisatn. Currently the
company is producing the dippers butt with the comptition of many other companies there is a
very competitive market is in the dippers market in pakistan.
Over view of the departments:
Number of employees:

The operation department where I was in the intree the operation director Mr. Faisal shaik assing
me the tasks and his coordinatior Me. Asif guide me how to comlete it. The whol functions of the
company are under the operation director so the number of employees are difficult to count.
Function and operations:

The main function of the operation director is to handle all the operations which are existing in
the company company in word report outword report. Productioa report, IT report all the
functions which are happing daily basis the operation director handle them.

Short fall and weakness:
The main weakness of the Z&J is the lack of camunication between workers to manager. All the
worker faces the problum when they have to communicate whit their concerning manager.
Another short fall is in the company is that the training of the employees is the key to success of
the company and in this company there is no training sessions so the employees are working with
very limited knowledge.

The compay have to improve the hairing pattern
The trainig sessions are must be aranged for the employees
The information about the company to its employee is very limitted so the company have
to tell about the history and culture about the it.
Responsibilities as a student:
Duties:

Mu duties or which my task asinged by my site supervisor was to collect the data about how a
business plan is formed and how the multinational companies works on the business plan. All the
management practises which are taken by the multinational companies and all the financial and
HR practises which are runing in the large organizations, to search about them and present it in
front of Managing Director and the Operation Director.
Accomplishment:

On the internship my acomlishment is to complete the tasks and gather the data which is
demanded arange it and make a presentation in front of the supervisor.

New knowledge acquireed:
All my tasks which I completed are mostly new for me. The search about the business plans and
then compare with them with the multinational companies. How to make a busness plan and how
the idea take in the action all this knowledge is new for me.

Problums encounterde:

The main problum which I faces on the internship was internet facility. The networking which I
got that was very slow and some time it dose not works so this was the big problum for me
because I have to search about the business plan on the net. So I solve this problum personally.
Then I work efficient and comlete my taskes on time.
How internship experience mpact the career:
Well in the internship I know the difference about the studies which I learned and the practically
things which are goin on. The experience to work in an organization impact a lot on the career
because which mistake I done in the internship I will never do it on the job.

Conclusion and recommendation:
Recomding to Z&J there are some points if the company works on them then it can be more
profitable

The company should have to adop the new HR practices
The training program should be arranged for the employees
The outlook of the company is very poor so it can be a negetive point for the company.
