Rhodoline OTE products are unique APE-free and solvent-free additives that extend the open time of
most coatings. These products are primarily designed for low/zero VOC formulations.

Applications
Rhodoline OTE offers excellent extension of open time for latex
binders with low Tg and low/zero VOC waterborne paints. It
can be utilized in various formulations from low to high sheen
coating applications. In addition it has been observed that this
improvement can be extended to most paint formulations.
Rhodoline OTE drastically improves open time for these
resin systems:
All-Acrylic copolymer
Styrene-Acrylic copolymer (S/A)
Vinyl Acetate / Acrylic copolymer (V/AC)
Vinyl Acetate / Ethylene Copolymer (EVA)
Water-based Alkyd Paints
Rhodoline OTE works in all sheen: high gloss, semi-gloss, satin
and flat (matte).

Usage level: Post addition of 1% additive
