Notes:

* The connotation of our Agarwood oil codes is as follows:

- Capital letter stands for species name:
C is crassna (oil made of selected resinous wood part of Aquilaria crassna Pierre species)
M is malaccensis (oil made of selected resinous wood part of Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk. species)
F is filaria (oil made of selected resinous wood part of Aquilaria filaria (Oken) Merr. species)

S is subintegra (oil made of selected resinous wood part of Aquilaria subintegra Ding Hou species)
A is aetoxylon (oil made of selected resinous wood part of Aetoxylon sympetalum Airy.Shaw species)
FM is filaria & malaccensis (it is not a simple mix of filaria and malaccensis, it is a combination made by infusion technique or by co-
distillation: we put in the same still/retort two kinds of raw materials: filaria and malaccensis)
- Other small letters accompanied by numeral figures ( vh1, t1, i1, ct2,...) connote the place name of plantation and/or factory (in some
cases including also the operator name of distillation system)

* "Crassna oil" and “Subintegra oil” is the most valuable agarwood oil due to its characteristic and seductive smell, but its viscosity and
density is too low and raw material is rather rare; "filaria oil" is the cheap agarwood oil due to the availability of raw material, but its
viscosity and density is very high; so a combination of two said kinds of raw material is a reasonable solution. Like that, the main
constituents of "crassna oil" is Sesquiterpenes, but "malaccensis oil" is rich in Phenylethyl chromones.

* Aquilaria crassna Pierre species is native to Vietnam that is the homeland/cradle of crassna in the world. Malaccensis raw material can
be got locally or imported from Malaysia and Indonesia. Subintegra raw material can be got locally or
imported from Thailand. Filaria raw material is imported from Indonesia. See attachment named
“Distribution of 26 Aquilaria species by 15 countries”.

* We also sell seeds of Abelmoschus moschatus Medikus: Seeds for oil press or distilling:
USD3.95/kg; Seeds for germination: USD69.00/kg

* The connotation of Agarwood-based revitalizing oils:

- RAE: Eucalyptus globules oil (98%) and Agarwood oil (2%)
- RAL1: Concentrated Lavender oil (98%) and Agarwood oil (2%)
- RAL2: Normal Lavender oil (98%) and Agarwood oil (2%)

* Production methods: Hydrodistillation and steam distillation (we also have agarwood CO2 extract)
* Oil container: glass bottle, aluminium bottle
