1. When did you choose your college major? Did you ever change your
major? If so, why?
I choosed my college major when I started high school.
2. How has your college education prepared you for this position?
College education prepared me for this position teaching me to be
responsible, how to treat customers and giving me knowledge in
computer programs.
3. What jobs have you held? Why did you leave?
The only job Ive had is in a coffee shop. Im still working there and I will
leave when I get a good job offer.
4. Why did you choose your particular field of work?
I choosed my particular field of work because I can develop myself and
prove that I have knowledge in the area.
5. What do you think about how this industry operates today?
I think this industry operates today with greater advantage than other
hotels because it is among the best hotels on the island and always have
many visitors and tourists.
6. Why do you think you would like this particular type of job?
I would like this particular type of job because I like to make customer
service and make them feel good in the facilities.
7. Do you prefer to work in any specific geographic location? If so, why?
I can work anywhere except among many mountains because Im away
from everything and if an emergency happens I feel that I cannot solve
anything.
8. What motivates you? Why?
I encourage new ideas and new concepts that are created for the
benefit of the company and to attract customers.
9. What do you think determines a persons progress in a good organization?
The progress of an individual in an organization is determined by the same
person with their performance, responsibility, attitude and desire to learn
more.

10. Why do you want this job?

I like this job because I want to be part of an important company like this
and to develop in the speech of Spanish and English.
11. What have you done that shows initiative and willingness to work?
In my current job, Ive taken and created promotions to help raise
awareness of the business and Ive been working on my days off
voluntarily.
12. Why should I hire you?
You should hire me because I have knowledge in the latest computer
programs, I have good qualities and professional features that will help
your business grow.
13. Do you prefer working with others or by yourself?
I prefer to work by myself because I can take the control of the time to
make my work and all the responsibility its mine, but I dont have any
problem to work with others.
14. What would you do if you were given an unrealistic deadline for a task or
project?
If I had a short time to make a task or project, I would dialogue with the
person to see if I can extend. Failure to yield, I will give the maximum time
to make the assignment.
15. How do you feel about overtime work?
Overtime is needed when a task or project is very important and we dont
have much time to finish it.
16. How do you handle stress or pressure on the job?
I handle stress and pressure setting priorities when I have a lot of work
accumulated.
