Chapter 1-1. Product Information

GX-24 is a new cutting model from CAMM-1 series. It has been modified
and improved in some appearances and main parts. New Servo motor
improved the cutting performance and the design is restructured for
better service maintenance.
Plus, the new easy-to-use editing software Roland CutStudio is bundled.
It allows the user to perform cutting job quickly.

PEN FORCE SLIDER

It can adjust the Cutting Force.

The adjustable PEN FORCE range is within +/- 30 gf.
PEN FORCE is adjustable while the machine performs cutting.
Any changes in value of PEN FORCE are not applied and
displayed on LCD. (Analog form)

Editing Features
Divide (Tiling) large-size cutting data ( vertical direction only) and output it
on two to four separate pieces of media.

Extract the contour lines (outlines) of images

Add the crop marks easily by using [Roland CutStudio] palette.
Perform combined printing and cutting using a commercially available
printer

Chapter 2-1. Service Adjustment Tool

Following operations can be done easily through the USB port.
1. Receive and save Service Report.
2. Receive and save all parameters on the Mainboard.
3. Send the parameters to the Mainboard.
4. Upgrade the firmware.

Position Adjustment

Purpose
It is design to calibrate the shifting in the relative positions of Tool and
Crop Mark Sensor.

Necessary when
1. Tool Carriage is replaced.
2. Main Board is replaced.

What happens if not adjusted?

Positions of printing and cutting images will be shifted.
