process for both travel request and travel expense module and 5 different different travel polices
and eligibilities using JBPM and DROOLS rule file.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Splitting the business process into 5 different processes for all the modules.
Written complex rules for travel policies and expense eligibilities for all 5 companies.
Development of fare details for an employee in business process based on eligibilities.

Accommodation Management Process

Description:
Globus Stay provides Accommodation Booking Service to corporate and deals in two type
of properties like Third Party hotel chains, Corporate guest houses. Employee can find and select
the property as per his requirement and eligibility. A mail will be send to employees official email id
with a verification mail. This is required to ascertain that the requesting user is a legitimate
employee of the selected corporate. Employee can make payment direct using his/her credit card or
employee may use the common pool of corporate to pay the money. If employee selects to pay
through the common pool, an email will be sent to the authorized person of the corporate to
authorize this payment.
Due to the high number of booking its imperative to have a system to automate the whole
process and to manage the inventory of guest houses for which booking is directly managed by
Globus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development of service layer and model layer for object level communication.
Development of Accommodation Booking with GBS Module for corporate and globus
executive.

Development of Invoicing the Ticket after Booking Confirmation for all types of booking.
