i. Day 4 of the Trial (5 December 2008) – morning (close of plaintiff’s case; start of
defendant’s case; first defence witness)
ii. Day 2 of the Trial (3 December 2008) – start of the day (revisit/re-refusal of my
application for consolidation of two sets of pleadings 9665/07 and 9263/08;
hospitalisation of defendant; Ms Cressy has received and chosen not to read
amended counterclaim against her filed in 9263/08)

malicious defamatory and patently false allegations from the bar (Devries) that the
defendant is a burglar; unlawful refusal of Legal Services Commissioner to
investigate complaints by Mr Johnson against plaintiff’s solicitors and barristers)
iv. Day 10 of the Trial (5 February 2009) – morning (Harwood Andrews unethical and
unlawful (criminal) conduct in promoting a law suit without gathering evidence to
substantiate that the claim was not vexatious, oppressive etc)
v. Day 1 of the Trial (2 December 2008) – start of the day and pre- and post-lunch
adjournment (unlawful insanity inquisition instigated by Devries; Justice Kaye
unlawfully, vexatiously and tyrannically plays along; Federal Magistrate O’Dwyer
(on Devries’ instigation) seeks to pervert the Trial); Justices Cavanough and
Hansen (on Devries’ instigation) unlawfully grant pre-trial relief to plaintiff and seek
to pervert the Trial; Justice Kaye refuses to hear consolidation of pleadings
application – see para 5 of Defendant’s 2/12/08 written submissions).
