expose TTC conduits to allow for the
installation of the TTC HH and storm

finished Cayuga St; Aurora & Seneca St to
be scheduled

6. VAULTS
6.1. Vault Infill 208/210 to be filled by 8 AM
05/13; 123 infill to be complete by 05/21;

7. ELECTRIC
7.1. Grading plan available for surveyor

9. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION
OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
9.1. All trenches need to be prepared for
graduation weekend; Gas At least item
4; Vacri asphalt; PC&G Beautiful
concrete / plate combo
9.2. Vacri is to power off the electric during
the day, and on at the end of the day; Any
variation is to be communicated to
JB/MK, AB, LZ, Andy (Gas)
9.3. PERSONAL VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED
FROM PARKING ON SITE
9.4. Flaggers are required to bring trucks on &
off site, especially when backing up
9.5. Pedestrian walkways are to be reinstated
at the end of each day; Only one crossing
may be closed at a time; If more than one
is to be closed a temporary crossing is to
be opened
9.6. The mural fence may be disassembled to
allow work, however must be reinstated
at the end of each day
9.7. Vacri to propose sidewalk demo plan

DDS to confirm use of item 4 in trenches

Lock out tag out procedures are to be put

in place on electric panel; DDS is to have
electrician disconnect / reconnect at end
of day;

May 16 to May 18 Ithaca College Graduation, no work on weekend

May 23 to May 25 Cornell Graduation, no work on weekend
May 30 to June 1 Ithacafest, Cayuga St entrance closed
