1.1.1.Granite Coordination (#87) PCG to
evaluate sample EX6 fixture and give
core details and locations to AC+P
1.1.2.Curb Sample (#89) AC+P to price
additional cost to saw front face
1.1.3.RFI#20 Sasaki rejected herringbone
pattern; AC+P/Syrstone/Hanover will
produce revised warranty letter

1.2. P&CG (Contract #3B):


1.2.1.Lighting Submittal #13R4 PCG to

Expect granite shop drawings to be
resubmitted on 08/07 or 08/08; Fabricator
cannot drill vertically into granite; Conduit
can come up through joint, can be drilled
horizontally 1 hole to EX6 light; Location
where conduits stub up will have to be
changed and coordinated with PCG; Light
boxes will have to be caulked into place,
cannot be screwed in from the side; BP
recommends feeding EX6 lights with a
smaller wire, DW to discuss with BD; Curb
is to be 18, fabricator will have to
outsource to saw cut front face; Concrete
backer on curb is to be installed; Curb
detail to be marked up by SR; Price to
reflect 18 height, sawn front face and
split face on back, thermal on top and
front to depth of pavers
EX1 poles, EX4 fixtures and mounting arm
for EX8 not approved; EX1 bases is to be

Bulletin #13 issued 7/14/14; Labella to
revise SKL-16 to reverse layout of kiosk
and LP-4

3. CRITICAL PATH ITEMS


3.1. P&CG (Bank Alley): Status of Power
Bollards @ Bank Alley? Finish install of
LP-4 and kiosk pad after Vacri completes
Storm CB #5.D (see Item #3.1); move to
200 Block E State
3.2. Vacri (Bank Alley): Pavilion footer #3;
Storm CB #5.D scheduled for 7/31

3.3. NYSEG Gas: Tie-in on Tioga and South


Cayuga; Finish all services on N/S 200
Block and S/S E State; materials for 4
services available?; infill 148 E State;
adjust valve boxes at Tioga; target date
for retiring portion of extg gas 8/8
3.4. NYSEG Electric: Need to disconnect feed
at SW corner of intersection btw HH and
light pole; JC to provide start date for
pulling wire to Aurora St
3.5. 202 E State Waterproofing: Notify
property owner of schedule for demo
paving above vault
3.6. Pavilion Lighting: MK to issued summary
HH locations

resubmitted, rebar cages have a 1 week


lead time once approved

Electrician is to begin work in the next few


days; City has given approval to do
electrical work; Vacri is to inform project
team prior to vault work

Electric closures are to be field modified


to include additional contactors;
Galvanized conduit in lieu of pvc conduit
to be priced by BP
EX6 conduits will have to be relocated;
Vacri to do a test pit at Aurora St for
gateway footing

Vacri to install asphalt at Seneca St


sidewalk; Vacri to price up waterproofing
on 202 E State St vault; AB to find out date
of Water feature vault arrival
Gas main to be cut out for CB on south
side of trolley circle; Old gas main to be
retired on north side of 200 block to

4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION
OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
4.1. Vacri to submit work sequence to City for
review of pedestrian access, etc. prior to
start of Bank Alley work (sidewalk demo,
grading/compaction testing, set valve
boxes, MH covers, slab pour, pavers, etc.)
4.2. Site Maintenance: Vacri to mark out
boxes; DDS & P&CG to locate and dig out
valve boxes and remove excess material;
All trash and debris must be removed on
a weekly basis

NYSEG gas expected to be on site for 3 more weeks, DDS is waiting on 4 service parts
DW suggests that PCG submit EX6 splicing detail in HHs
SR to revise curb detail
