JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity to do research in the area of computational biomechanics
General scope: Research, design and development of algorithms for bone adaptation to mechanical loading
Selected candidate may be permitted to register for PhD program as per the existing institute rules
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field with at least 60% marks
(or 6.5 grade point out of 10)and must have valid GATE score.
Required: Excellent knowledge in solid mechanics, hands-on programming skills and strong math skills
Desirable: Finite Element Analysis and experience with Matlab/C/C++ programming languages
Good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
