Project Summary
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide a detailed proposal of improvements and
advancements required for the current Azzinos Pizza business operations and improving it with
the help of implementing website and serve the customers in a more reliable way.
Implemented by upgrading the infrastructure, technology and process as per the plan included in
this project proposal. The project management team have to plan & implement, so the company
continues to grow in a more controlled manner and efficiently.
If all these are applied and the changes are taken into effect the website would work more efficient
to serve the customers.
As each and every aspect regarding the changes and upgrades are documented in this document
this provide a base guide which ensures the clients (azzinos pizza management) and to the
project team a clear idea to set forth with their project improvement.

As he is the main financial source and owner for the
project
He is the one who directs and manages each and every
aspect of the project
IT department will be responsible for creating and
maintain the technical aspects of the project.
Customers are the main end users who are to be satisfied
by the project so this is the only obvious reason to consider
them as a stakeholder.
The procurement or supplier team deliver the required
resources for the daily operations of Azzinos pizza and also
during the course of project implementation until
successful completion of the intended task.

team to ensure compliance with respect to legal side and

will also be involved in the success of the project.
To note down all finance related aspects and contribute

involved as they will be the back end users on behalf of
Azzinos pizza

The azzinos pizza is a business which is growing at a rapid rate which creates the need for better
control over the business.
Below are the key objectives of the project
1. Room for easier upscale of business:
The objective of this project is to upscale the business activities such as to smoothen the
operations of in order to survive in the trending market.
2. Enable users to place order through mobile devices:
Mobile application can be created so that the large pool of customers who rely on mobile
phones for their day to day purposes can be attracted and can order through it when
required.
3. Internet facilitated business processing / Pizza order: The website should be upgraded
periodically and the new options such as cash on delivery and shopping cart etc. may be
added thus comforting the customers who are in need.
4. Centralized database of activities: By making the database centralized the integrity of the
data is maintained because no matter from which platform (mobile or desktop) the
operation is carried out the change is carried out in the same database.
5. Reduced time of operation: Time is the main constraint which should be considered
always. By upgrading and creating new features for the customers the time for transaction
should be reduces so as to save their and management precious time for other activities.
6. Better control over business: By maintaining and upgrading the technology developed
the company can have better control over the daily operations thus tracking them easily.
7. Easier management of finance: Online payment through various devices may be put in
use such that the customer can pay easily and the records are maintained for further
analysis in order to calculate the profits etc.
8. Better reach to customers: The main purpose of any business is to gain profits by
attracting customers. Thus by using all the above strategies the products are offered to
customers through various channels and mediums so as to make profits.

The above chart includes all the departments that are applicable for azzino pizza
project. These include total five departments where the executive officer is the head of all the
departments and he will manage the entire organization. He is the main person who passes all the
rules and regulations to all other managers. These managers will in turn pass orders to their
corresponding work staff or team of members. The authority flow in this type of organizational
structure is downwards thus having better control and coordination among all the departments.

The best project life cycle model which can be used for this project is waterfall
model. The first step is requirements phase. In this phase all the requirements are devised and
listed. The key steps in requirements phase are requirement assessment and requirement listing
.All the requirements such as updates required for azzimos online website are listed in this phase
.By the end of this phase it is ensured that none of them are missed. The second phase is design
phase where the requirements are transformed into detailed specifications. After approval using
these specifications the development team can start developing phase. The third phase is
implementation phase in this phase the project is actually implemented (developed).This is the
phase where azzimos online website is coded by the web developers. The end product is created
and is ready for verification. In the next phase the product is finally verified (tested) and is made
ready for deployment. In this phase the azzimos website and mobile app are tested by various
testing methodologies to make sure that the website and app works for all the inputs. Once the
deployment is done it is maintained by sending the regular updates and improvements. This is
where the azzimos website and app are launched for public. Periodic maintenance is done to
make sure the website is fully optimized and the app is competitive in the trending market.
